Day 12 for me. Down 4 pounds. That is a great number for me considering I was stalled for an entire year!

Well, it's day 11 for me. I'm down 19.5 pounds or so, but yesterday and today I've broken out in some weird hives. I did try and add some cheese back so I'm guessing that's what caused it. *sigh* Weird stuff, ice cream never bothers me and milk doesn't either though I admit I didn't drink whole milk before.

But you may never have known that you have this food intolerance if you hadn't of added one food back at a time! Stupendous job on the weightloss!!!

Actually, I'm starting to think it wasn't the cheese. I started going to the gym in the mornings and showering with their soap. I think that may be what is triggering it. Have to wait and see over the next few days!

As an amusing side note, I work for Unilever. We make Slimfast, and their low carb stuff is really cheap in our company store. They had samples of the low card chocolate drink (not bad nutrionally, only 6 carbs - 4 fiber). I tried it. BLECH! Man that stuff is terrible! Our BBQ sauce is pretty good though.

Had to. The actual Slimfast line took a bath the last 2 years because of the low carb craze. It's basically just pure sugar The low card ketchup is also very good, I used it even when I wasn't dieting. Also the drink mix for the various powdered drinks that use Splenda is decent. And dirt cheap for me

Well it is day 10 for my today, and am still doing good. My hubby noticed I am wearing a pair of jeans that I haven't worn for a while. And they have a button and zipper, NOT an elastic waist.

Yep, we get good deals on our stuff. The giant tins of olive oil are $9 for instance, and the big laundry detergent containers are very cheap too. The drink mix is .75 for a sleeve of them.

Anyway, this is day whatever (do you count the first day as day 1?) for me. I guess 12. Broke the 20lb mark this morning which was good, and am getting some good excercise in. The weekends are the toughest for me but I'll make it through. I'm doing Bootcamp starting Monday so I will likely post here less, but will check in from time to time.

Question. Do you guys think we'll get a weird TOM (for the ladies of course) this time around???? I'm feeling funny tummy rumblings but it could be from the jalepenos I had on my salad yesterday (heh, heh).

Mindy, remember that the fats play havoc with your estrogen levels and its very common to have wierd TOMS.
