Yesterday went well.
Breakfast -3 egg cheese omelet with mushrooms and onions & 3 slices bacon (couldn't finish all the eggs or bacon)
Lunch - Cod Filet
Dinner - Porkchop with 2 cups coleslaw and l cup broccoli
Topped 100 ounces of Water
Played an hour of recreational tennis (haven't played in years, totally suck at it so spent must of the time chasing balls, but hey, I was moving, right)
100 ab workout
Haven't weighed in yet today hopefully will have a drop from yesterday.
