I just realized something while viewing the picture in my signature. There is a picture of the Kentucky Derby behind me. Wild coincidence!

    Good-night everyone!

Hey, where is everyone? I feel so alone!!!!!

Check out my journal page to hear about my PT experience. I'm so ashamed that an old man can kick my butt like that. These were people from some group that had been on physical therapy but still come there to exercise.

      Later taters!!

**Marty, your little comments at the bottom of your page have me ROFLMAO!!!

Here I am Cat! I've been busy with family and I had to run to town to the Social Security office to replace a lost card. What an experience that was. Anywho, I'm glad I was a comfort to you when it came to our weight gain. It's coming off again. I can promise you that we're not the only two here that it has happened too. I'm glad we're all here to comfort, cheer, and lean (sp) on each other, for each other. That's what it's all about. My 30 year reunion is coming up in "09". I believe I'll be going to this one to strut my stuff, LOL. It will be interesting to see how people have changed over the years and what they're doing now. I was the fat girl in high school. I didn't have any boy friends there. I always went for older guys anyways. Hehe. I was on my own at 16. Long story! That mock french toast looks great. You know, that's something I havn't tried yet. I'll have that sometime soon. KASS, I was MIA for a little bit there. Yesterday I took a break from the board and focused on my family all day. I got caught up on the house and budgeted for the month. Trying to make room for christmas expenses coming up. Hey, congradulations on the pound lost hon, whoohoo! 15 Pounds gone forever! Great Job! MARTY, I hope you're feeling better hon. I'm with Cat, don't weigh around your TOM. It's not worth the mental energy we put ourselves through. We have enough going on during our TOM, why add to it? Well Ladies, I'm staying on track and am focused on the finish line. Slow and steady! TTYL, HUGS

Hey gang!! What's going on? I feel so gosh darn happy silly today! I don't know why (won't question it but just accept it). I've been at work (still here) since 7:25 this morning. I'll probably be here until 6:00. I'm working over so that I can take off work on Friday and since we're off on Monday (Veteran's Day), I'll have a 4-day weekend. My daughter will be in school on Friday and Monday so I can sleep in after I take her to school (she doesn't let me sleep when she's home).

My back feels so much better today. Yay!!! My next appointment is on Thursday.

Sherri, I didn't have any boyfriends in high school either. I just always felt awkward and unattractive - compared to my skinny cousins. I look back now and only wish I could have that body!! LOL!! I'll get there (maybe not as skinny as then) eventually. My goal is set to lose at least 50 more pounds by June of next year. Seem reasonable? That's a little over 7 pounds per month. I'd love to lose more but will be happy if I can look somewhat decent by my baby's birthday (June 16th).

Well, back to work. Later all!!

This evening I ran into an old high school bud. He recognized me and asked if I remembered him. Of course I do. He is so cute!!!!!! We're from a small town 3 hours from here so the coincidence of seeing him at 7:30 at night (in Kroger) is just too weird. Oh, did I mention that he smelled delish!! Yummo!! We've exchanged phone numbers. He is supposed to be getting married in May (we'll see about that). LOL!!

            Good-night my wonderful friends!

Cat: You have got to be the most upbeat person I know.... I love that about you. You are doing awesome with your losses. Incredible. By Spring time you are going to have all these men begging for dates with you and we'll have to beat them off with a stick..... I'm glad to hear your PT is going well. Starting it is the hardest part.

HMF: Glad to see you back. Come visit often.

Glad to see everyone staying "on track". Hope everybody is having a good Wednesday. TTLY

Yep, I'm still feeling silly, happy even despite satan trying to throw roadblocks in my way!! PT went good today. Sessions reduced from three times per week to two times per week. I'm so happy!! They'll be working on my foot next and then the vertigo. I'm starting to feel like a "human being" again.

                        I hope you're all having a great, carb-less day!!!

Marty, what's up? Do you feel better today? Marathon? LOL!! I don't know about that but I'll settle for some Turbo Jam.

Kassoria, thank goodness Thanksgiving is at my house and I can pretty much control the food environment. Actually it shouldn't be too hard. I plan on having turkey or ham (or both), pumpkin, green beans, revolution rolls, and cheesecake. Not too shabby for a "diet" if I must say so myself. LOL!!

Well, I'm off to bed. I worked 8:00 to 6:30 tonight and I'm way tired!! Later!!
