Hey Sweets, I skipped the dairy rung....allergies. Too many dairy products and it's over. I think that's what caused me to get sick last week (heavy cream in the eggs). I can eat cheese but only in moderation. Therefore, I had no desire to do myself in trying to eat food that makes me sick.
I love the nuts. But I do measure my portion (1 oz.) out for the day and don't eat more than that. Otherwise, I'd go overboard.
Was I scared to go to OWL? Yep, but it's the best thing I could have done. Once I removed my stall factor (flax) it's been nothing but consistent results ever since. I'm doing better on OWL than I did on Induction. Plus, I need variety so that I don't quit. This is a WOL so I've got to make it work for me.
Just take it one day at a time...to see how nuts affect you. Some people stall but Sherri and I've had success with eating them. Best of luck and let us know how it goes!!
P.S. I've also added lentils to my vegetable soup and haven't seen a stall so I'm ecstatic about that!!
