I found an article last night that just proves the Endo (and possibly my new TP) is a quack. I think I will mail it to him and my TP.

I found a couple of naturopaths right here in Staunton, a little over a mile from me. It's worth checking out. Thanks for the link.

I cannot get full today! I hope it is not PMS munchies! I had plenty of good food for breakfast (salmon cakes & red pepper strips), then coconut oil before lunch because I was so hungry. That didn't work so I had an early big lunch of a thigh and drumstick from a big fat roasting hen and roasted veggies in olive oil, then I ate a few pork rinds. Since then, I ate another salmon cake and some coconut oil and it's not even 3:00 p.m.! I usually can get full with a boiled egg with mayo, but I can't eat mayo yet! I'm boiling eggs, but it's just not the same. I'll be glad when my 14 days of this yeast-free diet are over. Maybe it's the little Yeastie Beasties screaming for sugar before they die!

          Hello all!

I feel like I am jumping in the middle of a conversation and interupting. I will catch up.

I had a "yay me!" moment today that I wanted to share.

I have had this honstooth (sp) skirt, my favorite, for about 2 years. It is a fitted waist that is suppose to rest on your hips with a side zipper. No elastic, form fitting. When i bought it I wore it up around my waist. It was tight but didn't look all that bad (I think, heh). It has slowly been resting lower, just under belly button etc... So today I went to put it on and thought, "I wonder if I could pull it up without unzipping it." "Yay me!" I was stunned. I can wear this skirt how it was made to be worn, heh.

I hope to have a new favorite skirt by spring time. It has been really hard for me to fit into a sz 18 nicely. I have a Rubenesque figure, full figured hourglass. Which means my hips take forever to fit a new size. Springtime is my goal, size 18 jeans.

What was your 'yay me" moment of the day?

            Hey CreateMe!

Doncha just love it? Your reward for stick to it ness!

I felt the same way when I started posting in this forum...kind of like I was butting in -- but I was genuinely welcomed by everyone...such a good feeling to know you've got buddies in this WOE.

Let's see...I didn't have a 'yay me' moment today.....more of a OMG moment when the Slim in 6 box arrived in the mail. Yikes...can I do this? I wanna so I'm gonna try!

Glad you posted today...see you tomorrow?

First, you are absolutely not interrupting anything! We are one big happy family and welcome new members to keep things interesting around here. We have our down times, just like everybody else, but there's always more folks that are upbeat and have good things to share and it doesn't take long to get back in a great mood. We worry when members go MIA, so if you are away we will come after you. Don't think it will be better to not post if you have hit a rough spot, 'cause it's not.

And now for your "Yea you" moment! That's awesome!

I missed some of my in between clothes because they were falling off me at a higher weight than when they used to fit tight at a lower weight.

                Sunny!

Sorry I've been MIA for a few days. I've just been busy with running around all over the place and all. Well, it doesn't feel like it yet, but I broke up with the boyfriend today. Ya, I'm crying a little here and there, but it's not that bad, I'm happy to be free of lies and actually to be free to do what I please without being judged. I might be emotionally distraught for a day or two cause I haven't been single in ages, so lol. At least I have my pillow. But I know I don't need a guy to make me happy. I can make myself happy. =P

Doing good with the wol, and I think I like an inch on my calfs. I know I lost half an inch in both my feet cause my shoes fit looser. lol. I know, I'm so weird. =)

Anyway, that's all I have to say, you guys keep on rocking!!

Hugs sent your way Esteliana! Remember when one closes doors, many will open. Embrace your journey dear. It's great that you are moving on. Sure it will be lonely at first. It's time you put that energy that you put into DB into YOU! Great news about the inches lost and that you're not letting this get your woe down. Great job Esteliana!
My feet are the same way. I lost a whole shoe size. Take care sweetie, you hang in there!

I had a great day today. I took the family to the Racetrack. It was family day and snow day. They actually brought in snow for the kids to play with and sled on. It was fun. I won a little money. I did well on my plan today. Boy it is hard to get back on track. I will do this.....I am determined.

I got up pretty early and I am exhausted. See you all tomorrow!
