    Just kidding!

We'd love to have you here where we can keep an eye on you! Let's see: You're in the love handles challenge; the How Long Can You go?? challenge and now the Kentucky Derby personal exercise challenge. That should keep you busy, out of trouble and off the streets! You'll get lots of support and encouragement from the Derby Girls!

    Sunny!

Yep, that's my hair too! Straightening it is such a pain....in the summer I don't bother, lol.

Catrenia, it is phenomenal the difference in your face since 10/07.....you look great!

Hey Sunny! Alas, I had no patience to let my curls grow out any longer. I started out with a boy's cut. My daughter hated it and told me I looked like a boy (at the time I was 180 pounds). At the point this picture was taken, I was quite depressed and hated looking in the mirror. My face was so puffy. It's sad to say but probably the major reason for me losing weight is to rid myself of the chubby cheeks.

Hey Sherri! So I'm in a group of curly-haired females. That's so cool. Here (at home), I was about the only one with curly hair (besides my little angel). Do people always want to come up and touch your hair? They did me and it's like "back up, I don't know where your hands have been". LOL!!

Jersey, yep my face was gigantic. I mean, let's keep it real. I have to admit my self-esteem has improved greatly (or least it had until I have to post this stupid bikini pics in a minute). Nope, I've still not posted them. I'm so mortified.

Hey Kass, Marty, Tracy, Sweets, and Bekka!! Where ya'll at?

I'll speak to everyone in the AM. I'm posting these pics and then going to bed and trying to forget about it.

BTW... I just want to say I saw your pictures with the curls... and I think you look cute both ways... your hair looks nice straight but also really cute curly too! Being born with straight hair I've always wanted naturally curly hair! Isn't it funny how you straighten your hair and I curl my hair???? We always seem to want something different! huh?
I'm excited to start the New Years New You challenge... it's going to be fun!

                              So Ladies,

That wondeful recipe that I was raving about. The Korean chicken and Beef that I cooked for New Years and once again. It has tons of sodium in it. I weighed myself the yesterday and had put on a couple of pounds. I went back to track what I had eaten and it was the soy sauce in the recipe. I got it from Linda's site and it has the * next to it for an induction recipe. I should have known as much soy sauce as I used to eat. Anyway, I refuse to update my siggy and go backwards. HA!
