      Hey Ladies,

Just checking in. I am off today and Monday for the presidents' days. I have been in the bed all morning, I had a stuffy nose last night and I tossed and turned. I'm going to pick up my son from school and try and go to Curves...if not the am for sure.

I am trying not to associate food with celebrating. We had big dinner plans last night, I just didn't feel like stuffing my face with food because it was Valentine's Day. So, we stayed home, had legal foods and watched a movie. I also shared every last chocolate I received with others. I didn't even eat the sugar free chocolates received from my students. WOOOHOOO! It felt good!
      Have a great day ladies.

You ladies are missing in action. Where are all of you? Anywho, tonight is my mom's bday party. I plan to remain on track and only have a diet soda. I am eating a big dinner. We cooked all of the food for the party today, so the chicken is ok for me to eat. But I want to stay away from the food altogether. After tonight, no more celebrations until mid-March, thank goodness!

        See you all tomorrow!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'll be out of town until Monday so I won't be checkin' in over the weekend. Hope everyone has a wonderful cheat-free weekend. I stepped on the scale this morning and saw 319.8! YAY, I'm so thrilled to see a 1 in my number. I'm getting so close to two-ville...less than 20 pounds now! It motivated me even more to stay squeaky clean on my trip this weekend.

See you guys on Monday. Take care.
Congrats Liz!! You're doing so great.

              Good Evening Ladies,

Cat, Congrats there dear. Good bye obese, hello curves. Great job, I'm so proud of you sweetie! Your going to be at goal before you know it.
Catherine, Yes, it is such a tragedy in Illinois. I've been watching the news about it and just makes me sick to my stomach thinking about those poor students and there families. Very sad. We can only put it in Gods hands and pray it never happens again.
Kathy, Hang in there hon. I'm praying that the intervention with your mom with her smoking will be successful. Nicotine is a tough one. She's going to need lots and lots of support on that addiction. I wish you and your family the best.
Sher,WOOT! WOOT! on the 12 pounds gone forever! Great Job! How do you like your new car so far? I bet it's nice. Keep up the great work Sher!
Kass, WOOHOO! 19 days cheat free! You go girl! I'm telling you, at this rate, your goal is looking darn good for June! I am so proud of you and all your hard work!
Okay Lisa, whats going on? Are you having cravings? Looks like your getting all your ducks in a row so to speak. By getting your supplements and making a plan of approach. Thats great. Just make sure you follow through and stick with your plan and you will succeed. You can do this. I know you can. I'll tell you, if I can do this ANYBODY can. You've got this!
Liz, have fun on your time off. CONGRATULATIONS on reaching the teens! FANTASTIC! I remember when I got down to 319, it felt so great. It only gets better Keep up the great work you're doing for yourself! I have no doubts that you'll stay cheat free this weekend. You go girl!
Marty, Aww, I'm glad you and Hubby are getting away. Very cool! Have a wonderful time. I look forward to hearing from you Monday. Go safe.
Sunny, hi sis, heard about your trip to the doctors yesterday. How are your surtures feeling now after them changing the dressing. No more sewing the drains to the gauze, right? Ouch! Do you have someone that checks in with you at home? Just don't want you to be alone all the time. If I was there I'd be pampering you, like it or not. Take care hon.
Giving a shout out to- Tasha, Tracey, Bekka, Glenda, Prya, Lashon, Dorothy, and Sweets.

I have to tell you, I had a wonderful Valentines day. DH took off out of here on business early and came back with a beautiful bouqet of mixed flowers. He told me he almost bought me sugar-free chocolates but remembered I wasn't indulging. He's so supportive. We took a hike in the beautiful sunshine and came back and prepared salmon for dinner. After dinner we went to our DD play Holka Polka. I'm glad I brought tissue with me because I laughed till I cried. DH and I sat in first row and center. We brought our camcorder so DH got it all on dvd. The play was very funny and all the kids did a great job. Also a geat job adlibbing when they forgot their lines. When we got home, I had made Sierra an atkins chocolate cake to celebrate. She was very happy!
We all ended the day very happy
No Carbage for me, today is day 26 Cheat Free days, nothing to eat between meals or after 5 p.m. I'll be weighing monday for TOM is going away. I've also been trying something new. I cut out all sweetners. Today is day 4 without splenda. Also I went through today without any dairy or butter. Just to see if I could and I did great. I'm just tweeking a few things in my woe to see if it kick starts some losses. We'll see how this goes.
              Todays menu-
Breakfast- 2 eggs scram, 2 turkey bacons, green tea, water
Lunch- salmon w/ lemon & dill w/mayo, cucumber, water
Dinner, ginger beef stirfry w/ broc, onion, mush, celery, ginger, and zuchinni, water
              Chamomile tea
              Water- 120 oz
              Supplements
              Calcium w/ D
              Omega 3 Fish Oil
              Multi vitamin
              Olive Leaf Extract
Today was a great day. I stayed on track with my woe. Also I paid all bills that were stacked up. Next week I will be going for walks and head to the salon for much needed pampering. I'm tuckered out. I'm going to go snuggle up with a good book and research if one actually goes through a splenda detox. I had a touch of a headache today, I'm wondering if that was the culprit.
Wishing all of you a restful slumber. Talk to you tomorrow,

                    Good morning Derby Girls!

Hope you all have a wonderful Saturday!

I'm on call this weekend. Keep your fingers crossed my beeper doesn't go off! I'm going to a baby shower later today. As I don't know what will be there for food I'm going to have my lunch here at home. There has been cake at work 2 days this week & I declined both times. The 2nd cake smelt wonderful & I just left the breakroom.

DD is sick with a bad sinus infection. Got antibiotics yesterday & her boss sent her home early. So she is currently sleeping. DH is out for the day riding his snowmobile with his good friend. So right now I'm enjoying the quiet!! Used my new full spectrum light for the first time today. It is called "Happy Light" which cracks me up. Hoping to see results in about 10 days...hopefully the winter depression will lift!!

Again have a great day & have some fun!

Lisa....your vitamin regime looks good. I am too struggling with yeast. I ordered some grapefruit seed extract (suggested by Cat) and some probiotics. They should be coming in the mail soon. Good luck with it.

Catherine....I hope the weather there is more pleasant. Spring is right around the corner. How is the scales treating you?

Hi Ladies, Happy Saturday!!! Ok i got all my supplements and now all i got to get is motivation lol. Well actually i have been without the book forever, i lent it out to someone and never saw it again, so a wonderful person on here sent it to me on pdf file to download and read so now i have that, and i have been looking some things up. I guess my issue right now is i keep saying ok im going to get serious here tomorrow and tomorrow turns into another day and so on, I know that is so bad, its not cravings i guess im just plain addicted to eating seriously, i will stress over it so much, maybe i need professional help here. It is very depressing to say the least. For one i have a perfectionist personality so one little slip up makes me feel like a failure then that turns into a binge that last forever it seems, i know its not healthy and thats probally why i have a yeast issue to begin with, all the yo yo dieting i have been doing. I know when im on plan i feel great, but then i get to that point oh well one meal isnt going to kill me and then its so hard to get back on track, i know its just a vicious cycle of repeating itself. ok im done rambling there, i got to get off my butt and clean my house i have been on the computer all morning. ONe more thing for anyone who loves coffee but gave it up, how in the world do you do that lol, that seems like the one thing i hate to give up, i know coffee in itself isnt the worst thing for you but i put cream and splenda in it and can not drink it without splenda i can without cream but i cant drink just plain black coffee with no kind of sweetner. And i know trying to kill of the yeast there is no sweetner of any kind or is stevia ok, i have some here and i dont care for it to be honest but if i can have it in my coffee i will try it.

Ok im done for real now i will talk to you all later.

Thanks for asking Kass. They weightloss is going good. I lost another pound and I can tell inches too. I went to dance practice last night and for the first time I didn't feel awkward like the biggest lady in the room. When I looked in the mirrow, I could tell I have lost weight. I celebrated my 20's by coming here and sharing with you all. Honey my HUGE celebration will be when I cross over to ONEDERLAND! Now of course you can't have a victory without conflict it seems. Today has not been a good day for me. I literally became so ANGRY about somethings beyond my control in my life until I drank a REGULAR COKE . Yes I know it is considered cheating but it's better than reaching for LIQUOR like I use to do before I stopped drinking alcohol. I'm ok, but just having to press pass the temporary depression. I know this is all apart of the journey to success but man sometimes the road is bumpy. Thank God for His grace & mercy.

I hope you ladies have a great weekend and that your daughter feels better Glenda.

Cat - how are you doing after having to put your brother out?

My daughter went to a birthday party at Gatti-town. I ate a salad while everyone else munched on pizza. Then I got to ride the carousel and the bumper cars (something I would never have done at 240 pounds). I also walked for 1.5 hours today (don't know how that will affect me tomorrow).
