Your little niece is so adorable and your son is handsome (he's adorable, too, but probably wouldn't appreciate being called that). He looks a lot older and taller than he did in the last picture. He's almost as tall as you

    Thanks sunny,
Sunny, he is growing like a weed. I bought him 4 pairs of pants for XMAS and had to take them back today for a larger size. My niece is a little angel. She is so good and doesnt cry when her mom leaves her.

Plus, I am not that tall. 5'2.....but he's gaining on me!

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. My labs were re-drawn last week and I find out tomorrow just how messed up my thyroid is. I do know that the initial dosing helped but the fatigue returned with a vengeance. I'm going to ask him tomorrow about Armour thyroid. Sherri, have you heard of this? I'm on Synthroid now but heard the Armour is supposed to be good for overall symptoms with the thyroid. Wish me luck. I want to feel normal in 2008.

                            Goodnight all!!

Good Luck Caterina! I don't know too much about thyroid diseases, but I hope that they get yours under control! I have a few friends on meds and they certainly are much better once they were able to figure it all out!

Yesterday was a partial induction day as I wasn't prepared and just figured out in the am that I was going back to what I know best. Even with proteins and the fruits I had earlier in the day 1.5 lbs came off overnight! Whew, feeling better already!

I don't know if I'll try those recipes just yet, will have to be on Rung Zero haha to start... I love Linda Sue's recipes and she has some great ones for induction and on up. I remember I used to make the hamburger casserole one and then just add things of my own too, it was delicious!

Ok - back to work here. I hope to be getting a new computer for home this weekend so I may be able to pop on more often at night or on the weekends, I think that would also help in my quest to conquer this once and for all!

Thank you so much, Sherri. I am strong, but I still crash and burn often. This is one of those times. After I wrote about sticking it out through all the Christmas foods, I did go to bed to try to get past the new bad news from my doctor and my oldest sister called and talked "AT" me for over an hour, and that was enough to finally put me over the edge. I ate a bunch of stuff that I didn't even like and stuff that contained wheat, to which I am allergic. Her phone calls are enough to drive me to distraction on a good day, and enough to send me over the edge on a really bad day. I am still paying for what I ate. My faith is very strong, but I still feel like a direct descendant of Job most of the time. I spent most of yesterday in bed, and got up very late today. I've got to get back into control, but haven't exactly figured out how I am going to deal with these new medical problems, which also have no cure. That surgery I had in October really messed me up in more than one way.

I love each and every one of you and I know that I will get back into control soon and back on my way to a better life. 2008 is the year in which we will all shine!
