I walked for 1 hour tonight. I'm about to head to bed in a few minutes. I'm totally worn out. Kass, great job getting back on track.

              G'morning All Derby Girls~

I'm please to announce that I am up to a steady 3.0 mph on my treadmill...with spotty bursts of 3.5! I started at 2.5 so I'm feeling a bit smug - hey, in a year or so I'll catch up to the rest of y'all,

              Did a quick read thru:

Bekka - GOOD for YOU kicking all that lazy ugly fat to the curb - you're young so no sense in carrying all that empty baggage around with you.

Cat - wow, those orthotics must be dynamite, you've kicked up your exercise big time - BWTG! Also, still thinking of your mom - she doing better?

Kassoria - I love it that you went to the racetrack on the day you got back on TRACK... And its snowing here now so I'll email you some

Sunny - sounds like you're feeling so much better the last few days - YAY!

Sherri - You are just so calm and collected - I'd love to hear more about your mountain

Marty - As soon as you get started with the Turbo Jam, I want details - I just got the Slim in 6 and whoa...that woman isn't kidding around, lol

Tracey - am I missing your posts or are you missing DGs?

CreateMe - what'd I tell you? The DGs will hunt you down! And such good news about your YAY ME day

Mary - hope you'll check in today

GLENDA - I'm so glad your DD is home safe and sound! Life is good, eh?

              **********************************************

I need an EVIL SCALE smilie....I've been a variety of weights today every :10 minutes?????? Made DH get on it and he keeps weighing lower...and he EATS PIE, CHIPS, BEER....

I ought to mark off a SCALE FREE ZONE....line it with razor wire or something, lol

My old scale was doing the same and thus I had to get rid of it. It was HealthO'Meter. This one is Taylor and it stays consistent no matter how many times I go back and weigh.

My Mom is doing good. Just sore. No new fractures. Praise God for that. She gets fitted this Tuesday for her new prosthesis.

Yes, you can...I heard the accent loud and clear. Glenda is in Vermont...the only New England state that I have not been to. I've always wanted to go. For years, I was going to take my family to a lodge in Stowe, VT, to spend Christmas, and then the lodge burned down. I've also never been to Colorado. Gonna get to both someday.

No way! Southern accent is best, dahlin'! Bless y'all's little ol' heart! Even people in my town ask me where in Texas or Georgia do I come from. When I want to be underestimated, I turn up the Southern accent a notch or two and let the honey drip. That combined with blonde hair and big blue eyes get's them every time.

                        Morning Girls,

I have a lot to do today. I have about 7 loads of clothes between the 3 of us. Kyle wears uniforms to school and then changes clothes when he gets hone...thus two sets of dirty clothes per day. He's funny, I told him to hang his play pants back up because he only rode his bike a couple of hours....he says to me that they are now dirty because he had worn them. LOL

Anyway, I see that you are all ok.

Bekka...I hope you are doing well since the break up.

Jersy...That is funny, went to the track, the same day I got back on track.

Cat...wow walking 1 hour. You are really stepping it up with the exercise.

Sherri and Marty....please send snow. I just found out that one of my heaters/air conditioner is solar run. It wouldn't work at night. Long story short...free heat in the day time. Because although the sun is out here....it's still about 50 degrees out side.

Sunny....Your little sister is back on track and feeling good about it. I am getting ready to take my vitamins. I have noticed that the B12 is really helping with the yeast!

Glenda, createme, Tracy, sweets, Mary...wow our little family is growing!...Have a wonderful day today. I think I got everybody!!

Nashua is about 20 miles from Manchester. From my house it is a 2 hour drive South to Manchester. All Interstate so not a bad drive.

Sunny I love a Southern accent but I'm telling you a good old New England accent is the best. Come on up to Vermont & we'll have a great time. Stowe is about an hour North of me. It's very beautiful but many other spots that I think are more beautiful!!

This was taken in August from my dad's deck! He lives in Northern VT...about 20 miles from the Canadian border.

That picture could have been taken here in Virginia! That is beautiful. Vermont sure is green! I love the ocean, but I love the mountains more! What I love about New England and Canada is the mix of huge evergreen trees and the white birch. White birch doesn't grow very well in the South.

This is the farm I grew up on and those mountains were my view. From reading the Bible, I was sure these were the mountains where God dwelled. I still feel that way.

I sure am glad to hear it! I would hate not to meet my sweet little sister when we all get to goal and Oprah has us on her show!

Do you mean B-5 or B-12? My B-5 has corn starch, so I'm not sure if it will help. My radical diet seems to have helped most of my symptoms, but not with bloating or weight loss, though it is more strict than induction. I don't think anything will improve as long as I have those steroids in my system, spiking my sugar. When my brother was in the hospital before his surgery, they were giving him the same steroids and he is naturally thin and not diabetic, but they had to start giving him insulin shots several times per day. Sometimes his sugar was over 300.

                                Sunny!
