You look just like my mental picture of you! I would know you anywhere! Oddly enough, even though I see Kass' picture every day, in my mind, she looks just like a friend from long ago named Dawn. Their personalities are so much alike, I feel as though I am talking to Dawn.

Girl! I can't get over how much you are able to exercise! Those orthotics are worth a million times what you paid for them! You are going to look fine in that bikini by summer!

Thanks so much! You don't know how much your support and prayers mean to me. I can't explain the feeling I got in church today, but my heart was filled up to overflowing and I feel like everything is going to be alright this time.

Wow! That's fantastic! Don't you just love it when the scale moves the right direction??? I haven't weighed in forever--not since the steroids blew me up like a balloon.

Kass, Tracey and Sweets, wherever you are, have a great Sunday!

OK, I had a cheat today. It wasn't major but enough to throw me off. I am getting so depressed about my stalls. I am back on track right now.

My family and I met a couple of other families at the racetrack. They were giving away blankes today. I had so much fun and everyone around me was snacking. We usually bring all kids of snacks and share them. I could have brought porkskins but I didn't. I think I purposely didn't bring them. I just lost weight so much faster the 1st time around. I have to exercise patience with this WOL. I thought about not reporting it, but I know that we are all honest and hiding my cheat would take me back to my old days of eating things I know I don't need just to do it.

Hey. I'm back. I posted in the New Year New You forum as to why I haven't been here. I don't have much time to rewrite everything all over again. I'm back for good damn it. I don't care how hard it is...I know I can do this....
Girl we thought you disappeared! Welcome back.

Good evening. It's been a long day and hopefully I can retreat to bed shortly.

Catherine, I'm hoping that it's good memories of your mother on your mind. It's too weird because the last few days I've been missing my grandparents (who mostly raised me). They passed 4 years ago but I still miss them but at least now I can talk about them without crying. They died within 3 months of each other (my grandfather 3 days before Christmas 2003 and my grandmother on March 18, 2004).

Sunny, I'm glad that you've obtained peace about this. I know everything will turn out great for you for God works things out for the good of those who love Him.

Sherri, congrats on the additonal weightloss!! You go girl!! You'll be at goal in no time.

Kass, don't beat yourself up. As long as you dusted yourself off and got back on track, you'll do great!! We've got your back.

Bekka, you best be glad the posse didn't come after you. I'll try to stop by shortly at the New Year challenge to see what's going on. Don't disappear again.

Welcome FlSunShine! I look forward to you joining us daily.

Ok, Tracy and Marty where ya at?

            Hello to Dorothy and Glenda!

Welcome FLSunShine! We've been on several threads together. Your name makes me feel like smiling! Although, when I lived in Florida, the sunshine made me hot and sweaty and that does not make me smile.

Today I weighed in at 200 pounds. I can't believe I've lost 40 pounds since I began this WOL in October. I'm so happy I made the choice that I was worth it. I don't even want to imagine where I would be today had I not started this journey. I'm so grateful to God and grateful to all of you for your support.
