My baby is up and playing in her room. She actually ate something solid (turkey) this morning versus Jello. Thanks for all of your prayers.
I weighed in today at 192.5. I'm so psyched. Whew! Once these weight loss challenges are over I won't be participating in any more for a little while. They stress me out trying to reach the goal weight that I've set. I'm going to start focusing more on exercise and strengthening exercises. I don't do so much of it now because exercise tends to stall me, unlike others. I do the basic amount of cardio (walking) to get some minutes in. However, after these weight-loss challenges are over....it's on with strength training.
