                          OK- now comes the interesting part. Good ole Maintenance. I fluctuate a lot between 120 and 125 (125 was my goal). I'll tell you what... I STILL have to watch, plan, and keep track of every single thing that goes into my mouth. I went ahead and lost those extra 5 pounds below goal, because I find it hard to stay exactly on the 125 mark, and I NEVER want my fluctuations above that mark. Thus, the going down to 120.

                          Well, I guess it will be time for you to start your Maintenance thread now. I look forward to it!
