I paid for that coke zero. I have had bloating and diarrhea ever since I started drinking it.

Sunny...I've been reading your posts here for quite some time and have to say...you make the most incredible meals...I leave the house at 6 a.m. and home usually around 4 somedays later and I wish I had the enegy to make 1 meal like yours let alone everyday. My hubby gets a home cooked meal every night but geezzz....I'm not letting him read what you prepare...I'd have to say though he'd much rather have the beer in the chicken...lol....

        My sentiments, exactly!

Maybe it's because I'm tired, but I have had nothing but trouble for the past 2 evenings with the new board. I stand up all day (literally!), grab something to eat, then sink into a chair with my laptop to get in some ADBB time before bed, and all I get is frustrated. I know barely enough to get by when it comes to computers, and had become very comfortable with the way things worked on the old board. And while I realize that the upgrade was necessary, and will make the board "better" in the long run, I am not a happy camper right now.

OK, thanks for letting me vent.

Hope you all are doing well. I'm not kidding when I say that it's 10:20pm and I am just sitting down for the day. I'm worn out, and have to get up early to start it all over again tomorrow, so this is going to be short.

Mitzi: I'm frustrated with the new board too, but I know it will become familiar very soon - we just need to struggle with it for a few days to figure out how to do the things we took for granted before. Once we do them a few times we won't even think about it anymore.

I'm ticked we lost so many posts! I think the last one I had in this thread was "I NEED A GROUP!"

The latest thing I did to get Back to the Basics was I started exercising. Last night I found the Slim in 6 DVD that was "lost" in the move (I hadn't really looked for it very hard though!). I did the first phase of it, like 25 minutes I think, and then followed it with the Slim & Limber segment (like 12 minutes). I found it very challenging, and was shaking my head thinking back to the fall at how I thought the first phase was so easy that I'd do it as a warm-up before I did the 2nd phase each night. But, it's a start back - I'll build on it.

Yesterday at lunch I made a great salad using the broccoli slaw mix, cucumber, snow peas AND jicama. I had diced ham with it on the side. Very filling and satisfying.

I'm getting used to the new board but like everyone else frustrated with the lost posts ........I guess since I have no lcue about anything even similar to moving an entire webspace I guess I can't complain I'm sure they did their best to save as much as possible!

I'm doing good since being back at home ......... down two of my pounds I wa sup with 2 more to go ........ I'm very swollen this morning and not sure why I didn't eat anything salty yesterday ......... I need to start keeping track of these times because I don't have a cycle anymore and am wondering if am stillg etting the fluid retention at "that time" even though there is no cycle. It would help me not tog et so frustrated if I knew to expect it.

No excercise yesterday but doing my Turbo Jam this morning along with my challenges.

Mitzi I hope you get a break soon sounds like you could use a nice long soak in a tub and a nap!!!!!!!

            Have a wonderful day everyone!

              Hi, Wendy and Heidi!

Yep, I am a bit frustrated. I really do understand that it is amazing that we didn't lose more posts. From what I understand, it looks like all posts from May 20th were lost... by the looks of my Journal Stats though, it looks like it may be more. I guess I shouldn't have picked that day to make a long post here in this thread.

Wendy, one of my friends and I just swapped some exercise DVD's, and Slim in 6 is what I got in the deal. I LOVE the Slim and Limber! I love to do it after I run - feels great! I've only done the first workout once, and I'm looking forward to checking out the 2nd one.

Heidi, I haven't had a cycle in a long time either, but it DOES seem like I have the symptoms of one occasionally. I do think it's possible that we have the "side effects" of TOM without his actual "footprint."

OK, ladies. I've been up since 5:30, and need to get my butt in gear to make it to work on time. Have a GREAT Friday!

Sounds like everyone is really busy - me, too! Up at 5:30am, and just starting to wind down at 10:30pm. And I've got another open to close day in the boutique tomorrow.

Umm... I've been a little out of control yesterday and today with eating too much of legal foods.

So guess what time it is tomorrow? It's time to get Back to Basics... AGAIN!
