What is the Ices Challenge you may ask well. It's a challenge actually between 2 friends Yoly and myself. You see we have been getting a little slack and so we wanted to challenge between eachother to eliminate the things that have gotten a little out of control.
I - Induction (we're going back to induction for a fresh start)
C- no Cream ( we both realize that we have gotten a little carried away with the cream)
E- Exercise ( no excuses)
S- No scale ( the scale is the worst guage of progress so we a ditching it for a month)
I would love it if we had more people join but for now we will post how we are doing from day to day. I think this will be a great challenge to get me back in the losing game.

Hope your having a nice day, and that your gym membership works out. I can't wait until August 22, my University has an awesome/award winning workout area with rockclimbing, tennis coarts, heated olympic size pools, etc. I get a membership each semester that I am enrolled in school. So I get to go there again soon. I am really looking forward to it.
