      Hi just walked in the door. You look fantastic in those jeans! Like I said before, if I was a guy or a lesbo (wink, wink)

      Ok, I had a great day today. Started out by doing my 3 miles with the usual 2 pound weights. Then I swept and mopped the entire first floor (1100 sq. feet). Finally headed out to a birthday party at 2 where I ran around after a sugared up 2 year old for about 3 hours in the HEAT! Gotta love Houston summers, luckily it was a bit over cast but the humidity was in full effect, I was sweating a ton. Probably lost an entire pound just today, (I hope, I hope).

      I was good at the party, no cake or ice cream for me of course, people have even stopped offering it to me, because they know I'll just say no. Had some delicious barbeque sauce free brisket, and some sausage, with a jalapeno and some pico de gallo. It was delic. and so nice not to have to cook my own meal for a change.

      Eventhough I did all that excercise I am still full of energy, I love this WOE, I love how it makes me feel, and how I am starting to look. I was surrounded by all of these increadibly beautiful women at this birthday party and I did not feel threatened at all, I actually felt like I fit in!

      Well I hope you guys are both having a great weekend, mine has been truly lovely. I'll check back with you guys later. -Yoly

        Is this even possible? I used fitwatch to try and calculate the calories burned today;

        WATP - 400
        Sweeping/mopping - 330
        Playing with Abi - 528

        For a grand total of 1,258 ... is this right? I can't believe it! I've only eaten 936 calories so far, should I eat something, is this bad for me?

          You should probably try to keep your caloric intace at at least 1200 calories if you don't the body can become accustomed to this low calorie and then not lose as efficiently which is very bad. Rule of thumb is eat a little somehting every 2-3 hours and then your metabolism is up all the time. Its a good thing to get in the habit of. I do this and it works wonderfully.

            HELLO< HELLO good morning how are we doing today. Well I'll tell you I have a bit of a sore throat but, Hey I'm all right and I know it'll go away and today is no running day it's weight day and stretching day. I'm not even that sore which is really fab I am very happy for that.

            I don't have much to say this morning I better get my head on straight then I'll have a novel to write HE HE. ANy how have a wonderful day everyone.

                  I went and did my weights so exercise is done for today I am feeling low but, I am sure it'll be better in a bit. I have 6 kids right now so it's a bit busy here I better go and be sure they aren't destroying the basement.

                    Sweetie you need some R&R. Get a baby sitter for your kids and go out and spend some time doing something fun by yourself. NOT RUNNING. Something that you don't usually get to do. I heard once of a case where a mom was actually prescribed this exact thing by her doctor. I'm telling you, you need to get some fun alone time in your schedule some where.

                    Listen to Dr. Yoly and if your good and follow all of my advice you'll get a big carb free lolipop when your done.

                      Haven't done my excercises yet but I will before the end of the day. If it's not to dark I at 8 this evening, I will go rollerblading. If it is then I'll do my usualy 3 miles.

                      I've had kind of a tough day, my daughter had her shots today and she needed 6. I have been trying to prepare her for this for about 2 weeks but it was still really hard to go through with her. She's all better now, but her legs are really sore and was even having a bit of trouble walking after waking up from her nap. I guess she worked the kinks out because she's running all over the house like a mad girl screaming "THE FARMER IN THE DELL,THE FARMER IN THE DELL, HI HO THE DAIRY OH THE FARMER IN THE DEEEEELLLLLLL." Can you believe what the mind can tune out, I can actually tune out enough to type this. Better go before somethign gets broken.

                        1 more thing, my butt is really jiggily today. I guess that means that my fat cells are full of water. Wooshie soon? I sure hope so.

                          LOL... Jiggles, everything on me jiggles!

                          (((Sarah))) I will check out your journal in a bit.

                          I have been running around like a mad woman today. Hopefully my night will slow down soon! For now I am going to a friends house to play cards. But I haven't stopped since 9 this morning!!! I have to stop the madness!!!!! LOL

                          OH YEAH, I forgot to mention.......(drum roll) I signed up at the gym today! Yeay! something I have been saying I am goin to do for about a month now! I will keep you posted! For now I gotta run!

                              Feeling Better I kinda had a bad eating splurge though and not induction friendly BAD BAD. I had some drum roll lease Almods I know it's not the end of the world but, I am dissappointed im myself. And I have low blood sugar today headache all day no matter how much I drink so I had those and the headache is gone so I hope you aren't mad at me.

                              I am soo Jiggley I sure hope it means a whooshie I want to be in Onderland sooo bad. Today I was thinking to myself God I hope this exercise is worth it DUHHHH, ya it is Look at me I'm a shrinking.

                              Hey there rikki had a busy few days it's soooo cool you and Yoly are going to be gym buddies in a matter of speaking. There is no gym only curves and curves isn't for me I feel like I am majorly slacking when I go there and I like more variety so I ahve my Universal at home here and I bust a nut on that thing.

                                How's your sore throat, better today?

                                Haven't got my excercise in yet today hopefully by tonite. I've been running around all day as per usual. My daughter had her physical therapy today so we went there and had some fun, it's better then gymboree.

                                I haven't gotten to eat much today so I'm kinda hungry. I'm gonna go get something to snack on.
