    You go and eat sweety if you're hungry do that don't worry bout too much elese we sometimes can get into things and forget Like me LOL I have 5 little ones ranging from 2 to 6 AHHHHHHH!! I'm ok now LOL. The other one is comming soon so I'll have 6 again. I feel better the days I run it's almost like I need the high it gives me it's like I'm sooo strong when I run my body is like a perfect running machine and I live for the pounding and the rhythum now. I never would ahve thought 9 months ago I would be running this far and this fast and would be addicted to the runners High as they call it.

    What a feeling if you've never had it WOW I have to tell you it's like the best feeling in the world like you're body is perfect your mind is perfect everything is in peak performance and you never get tired. I have really been packing on the miles and I feel sooo great I can't explain it.

    My throat feels better I really think it's from this puffer I have you're supposed to rince your mouth I think what happened is I sucked it in and got soem of the powder on my throat and couldn't rince it away and got a sore throat, it feels a lot better today Thanks so much for asking.

    Well I better go I am writing a novel

      Hi Guys! I have to say I ate about 10 almonds yesterday too! :/ and I went to a friends to play cards, never played them but I ended up drinking a ton of lc beer...BADBADBAD!!! But, I am moving forward. I am so excited to weigh next month. I am getting itchy about it! I may need to take the batteries out so I am not tempted!!!!LOL.... Your new pic is great Sarah... How bout a smile though!? OK, I just woke up and have been drinking water like mad(I am very dehydrated!) and I am starving. Going to find some grub! Talk to yall soon!!!

        BAD BAD Nikki I won't get on ya though cause you know LOL. Thank for the compliment I was actually smiling then the camera flashed and it's a digital so I quit smiling and the pic wasn't even taken yet. I wanna take some sexy black and white ones some day that would be sooooo cool.

        ANy how I'm here cheering you on Nikki no more LC beer for the next few weeks that seems to be a weakness for you so I'm sure you can stay away from it till we weight. I am doing it with my cream cream is like your beer LOL. I would have way too much. I want to lose lots of weight and I know the beer will hold you back so what do ya say sweety lets chuck it.

        Yup drink lots of water and flush it out then Jump in with both feet. I know you can do it you're AWESOME>

        So what are ya doing for exercise today??? I am here to cheer ya on so YAY everyone you're alll doing great.

        Oh, don't worry too much about the almonds I had to hide mine so I won't be having them again till after I weight I really wanna be under 200 next time I weigh.

          I wanna be under 200 too. So, I will chuck it! i wanna have some black and white ones taken too someday! I can't wait to go clothes shopping in the normal sections! I can't find many clothes I like now. The plus sizes are too big bbut the normal ones are too small! I can usually wear L-XL tops from about anywhere, but I hate having to order clothes online. I have to order jeans from (well, I prefer them) GAP. They are the only ones I have found that are long in length and in my size. BUT- I guess they don't want fat people in their stores b/c you can only buy them online!

            Well I managed to do my usual 3 miles tonite even though I was pretty tired, thank goodness.

            How are you guys doing today? It's been kinda quite around here lately, anyone having any trouble food or excercise wise?

              Great job on your 3 miles! I haven't exercised today. Maybe crunches before bed but that will be it- I drank toooooooo much last night and payed for it today. I also screwed up!!!! I ate too many tomatoes (I made fresh salsa-YUM) but I also had 4 of the tostitos scoops chips. I hope I didn't throw my bod out of ketosis. I felt bad about it but oh well- move on!!! I also used taco seasoning in the beef I made for my taco salad. but I used only about 1/2 the pack and added my own spices then I went easy on the meat in my salad. I also made fresh guac and it was delicious too! I went over on my carbs today probably because of the 4 chips and i probably ate too many veggies. Better than eating a big plate of spaghetti though I guess!!! Better day tomorrow. I have been chuggin water all night~! Oh yeah- I have really wanted to weigh in but I have resisted! I AM STRONG! lol

                Morning guys! I am headed off to work. It will be a long day! Probably 12-13 hours. Ick. Anyway, I am happy to say I had no beer last night! I can do this! I really really wanna get below 200!!!! It will be soooo exciting!!!! Catch up with yall wayyyyy late tonight!

                  Way to go on the 3 miles Yoly that is totally excellent you did it even know you didn't want to you are gunna be so down when we weight look at how committed you are I am sooo PROUD.

                  Today is 4 miles day I went 1 mile too far last week OOOPS I don't wanna burn out so I'll do what it says on the program. It's onlt +10C here today really cold I hate it YUCKY I have a fire going in my fireplace cause it's chilly but, It'll be good for running. Hubby will be home Saturday so that means I can do my long run outside Sunday and run outside all week long. I am going to go and gat a Pedometer so I know how far I am going at least. Cam said he wants to get me one of those GPS HRM I am sooo excited. We have to wait for Christmas Bonus but, it's really something to look forward to. WOOHOO.

                  Way to go on the NO BEER NIKKIE. You can and you WILL do it. I bet it felt sooo awesome to not have that BEER didn't it to resist twmptation is the best. I have no cream in my house so I am not tempted I do have LC beer in my Fridge but, I don't drink it its been in there for like 2 weeks now.

                  So I have booked a BABYSITTER for Saturday I am going out cause I really need to but, now I need to find someone to go out with. HMMMM what to do. Maybe I'll phone my friend who I babysit for we'll see maybe I'll ask the other girl I babysit for too that would be sooo much fun. I want a group of us to go out it's more fun. I'm gunna pay like 50 bucks why not have lots of people to enjoy it.

                  I am not a drinker it's Diet Coke all the way so no worries in that department.

                    I am so happy that you are doing this. I know you are gonna have a great time! I know you want to go out with lots of people and have a lot of fun, but try to spend at least 1 hour by yourself before you meet up with them. Even if it's just sitting in a park or walking around the mall. Spend some time alone, breath, think about how fun it is to have no responsibilities or no one to talk to for the next hour. Listen to your thinking, enjoy spending time with yourself. Find your serenity and then go out and have a ball.

                    I find that I have to do this or else the next day I feel like I didn't even enjoy going out. I hope you have a great time, I know you will.

                      I just finished my 3 miles, I felt that I had to get it in there early or else I might not feel up to it tonite. I have been dragging this week for some reason, just more tired. Last week I was just flying through my workouts.

                      I hope I'm not coming down with something, I have been sneezing a lot the last few days but no other symptom. Oh well I got my 4 days of excercise in so far and I usually do a lot more then this but at least I have met the 6 WEC commitment just in case I do come down with something.

                      I hope you guys are doing great, I'm gonna have a quite night. My MIL is taking Abi to the park and library later, she does this every Wednesday (I love her!) so I get to just sit and do whatever I want for a while. Maybe I'll give myself a pedicure, my poor feet need a little pampering after all they hard work I have been putting them through.

                      I better go, I need to get something to eat. I've only gotten in 350 calories so far and it's already 3:30, just not that hungry today.

                        I did my 4.2 miles in 1 hour went really well I am comming close to TOM about 10 days away YUCKY!!! I hate it.

                        Could TOM be comming for you Sweety cause that is the worst time for me the 10 days comming up to it Somehting about the progesterone I dunno. Any how if you are that would totally explain your dagginess. I sure hope you don't come down with something that would really suck.

                        Way to go on the exercise you should be so PROUD you did it and you didn't want to That is SOOOO EXCELLENT and I am PROUD of you those are the days when you really feel like you did something great. Keep a going it will get better.

                          I just had it about two weeks ago but maybe I'm ovulating. I do feel tired while I'm ovulating isn't that crazy. My whole body hurts now, I'm not usually this sore and tired after my workout, I think I'll just veg out in front of the TV this evening.

                            You guys are so great! All the exercising! I really need to MAKE time to exercise more. That is the one place I am lacking! Hey Sarah- better tell you now so ya don't wonder later on why i never said anything. my name is Rikki, but you can call me Nikki if ya wanna! I get that a lot! lol I have been feeling kinda down lately. And hungry! which means next week will probably be TOM for me! ick! I think I am going to go to the gym tomorrow after work! Yeay! I am so excited to get back in the swing of a workout! I will probably start very slow. I love the elliptical machines so I will probably do that and some type of weights. Hope yall had a good night!

                              Thank you RIKKI I can't belive I put Nikki OOOPS. I kinda do that sometimes get typing so fast I forget and other things pop into my head I'll try not to do that again cause I do know you name.

                              I think that you are doing so great Rikki, you work really long hours and I know how hard it can be to try and fit in a workout when you're dog *** tired and jkust wanna go to bed and die. But the truth of the matter is that you really need to exercise especially when you work crappy hourse. Now don't get mad but, it's a major stress reliver I have to do it or I blow on everyone. It's crazy I have children running around stressing me out to the max. Well when I get down and run it's my time for me I blare my musoc and I run my little heard out. I destress as I do it. Even if you can home and had a set of 5 LBS weights sat on the exercise ball turned on some tunes and did some light weight lifting before bed That help tramendously with sleep and also makes ya feel good. You get those feel good hormones running through your veins and it's a real feeling of accomplishment. It's the littel steps we take to get healthy that count even if it's only 10 minutes THAT IS SOOOO GREAT. I am so PROUD of you for everything you're doing awesome. There are always things that get in the way of everything elese but, you will prevale and do it. I'm really glad you ahve a gym membership that is sooo excellent and will help with the exercise I LOVE LOVE LOVE the gym it's my second home. I used to get called in to run the Gym where I was from to tell you the truth that would be my dream Job I love helping people and I would love to be a personal trainer I want people to get to where I am today.

                              I am SOOO VERY PROUD of my Girls and sooo HAPPY For both of you sometimes I can be a hard *** but, it comes out of Love and Care for you so never feel that I am getting down I want you to be the BEST you can be.

                              Today is my 3 mile day so it'll be crazy I am running my little tail off today uphill it'll be good I am dragging my but though cause of TOM comming so I know what ya feel like Rikki oh YUCK.

                                I just finished my run it was Brutal I ran 25 minutes on a 3% incline and then I ran the other 23 minutes at 4.7 and 5.5 MPH I am sweating like a pig dripping but, it feels good my clothes are soaked and I'm off to the shower.
