    Sarah! I am so psyched. I know I said I wanted to wait and measure myself at the end of the month but this morning as I was looking in the mirror I noticed my waist looked a lot smaller. I pulled out the tape measure and since the last time I measured which was Aug. 4th I have lost 3/4" from around my wait. My wiast is now 33 and 3/4!!!

    When I started this my waist was 40". OMG, I can not believe it, I am so mad that I can not weigh, but it's ok I will bask in my tape measure for now and anxiously wait until September 6th, you better not be doing any incognito weighing over there. And if you are let me know so I can hop on the scale, lol, j/k, sigh.

    I am soooooo excited, the excercise is actually working. I mean I know I'm sore and that Dr. A said it would work but I knew, positively KNEW that it would only work for other people. Now look at me! Here I am, no one is more surprised at this then me. For all of you who are reading this and need some motivation in the excercise department this is it. I was the biggest slug on the face of the earth, in a previous life I could have been the sloth, you know the sloth, it takes them 24 hours just to move down a tree, that was me. Now look at me, believe me when I say if I can do this, anyone can.

    Horray!

      I knew it would work for you that's soooo AWESOME sweety and 3/4 of an inche is totally crazy I love that you lost an inch WONDERFUL.

      I don't have a conspiracy to weigh myself LOL. I won't weigh till the 6th of September I PROMISE you better not either. I am done my 6 week challenge on the Saturday but, I'm not even posting my weight I am kinda gunna neglect that till the 6th so no metal for me but, hey it's all right cause I lose modivation as each day goes by and I weigh myself and don't see it go down it's like crushing some days and not so much others so putting the scale away is kinda theraputic in itself.

      I am feeling really skinny myself my arms have shrunk which is sooo cool I have waited months for them to go down at all and they are down like 1/2 and inch which is sooo increadible WOOOHOOO. I was also down 3 inches in my hips isn't that nuts. I am really thinning in that area my legs lost a tiney bit but not much to scream about but, I'm sure after this 4 weeks they will be down under 30 inches if they are under 30 I will be happy 29 would be wonderful.

      COMMON anyone elese wanna join I would love to see more poeple having great success like we are I love this it's great and a great way to stay modivated.

      Take care all I'm have HB eggs for breakfast cause I'm extremely lazy any I love HB eggs when they are warm MMMM.

        I did my run 20 minutes uphill on about a 3-5% incline it was hard but, I did it and I was sweating like a pig LOL. Dripping let me teel you want a good workout run on an incline. Then I dropped the incline and went on flat for 10 minutes it was so easy after having run for that long on incline the speed was up arouns 4.5MPH so I was very happy with that and I felt good. Then I walked for 10 minutes to cool down. I could have definately gone longer but, I am following plan so I don't wanna overdo it and be in the sick seat so I'll take this day to reflect LOL.

        I am going to ahve a salad I think here right away cause I am hungry now. I have been more hungry lately probably cause of all the exercise.

        So far I have put on 14 miles for the week still 1 more running day to go on Friday, so I am thinking another 4 that day maybe more who know.

        Any way better motor take care.

          Hi, I am so exhausted. I was gonna take a rest day today, I also am in the 6 week excercise challenge and I commited to working out 4 days. Well since Sunday I had done 3 but after seeing my shrunken measurments this morning I decided to do a little more excercise. Just finished my 3 miles, my biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back are killing me. Not to mention that I got a cramp in my booty while doing these kicks because my muscle was so tight. I didn't stop though, just worked right through it. I know I'm gonna be sore tomorrow but it will be worth it. I can't believe I already got my 4 days of excercise in and it's only Wednesday, that is nuts.

          You are melting over there, I can't believe it, 3 inches on your hips? wow, I would love to lose my hips and my butt. Man that area really needs to go. My mom gave me a nice compliment today, she said that every time she sees me my face looks smaller and smaller. She told me I was so beautiful, which is very and I mean very rare of her to say. She even complimented my arms, mine have shrunk a little too. So I am feeling pretty nice, even though tired as a dog. My usual bed time is 3 a.m. but i might just have to go to bed at midnight tonite and rest up my body.

          I am so glad we started this challenge, your right, coming on here a few times a day and checking up on each other is way motivating. I agree that puting the scale away is theraputic. I practically lived my life based on the number on the scale that morning, if it was up I was down, if it was down I was up, and if it stayed the same I was frustrated all day. This is so much better, just doing everything right for the sake of doing it right, not because of what some number on a scale says. I think once we are done with this challenge, I will put my scale away and only weight once a month. What do you think?

            HOLLY CRAP I fit into my Skinny Shorts, now they are still fairly tight I used to wear these when I was at my thinnest they were a lot loser but, I pulled them on no problem. I tried them thinking there's no way in **** I'll get them on and I did WOOOOHOOOOO.

            Way to go on the exercise that's so awesome and I"M so PROUD of you sweety look at you go with the exercise that's totally excellent and you're having a great time watching yourself shrink. Isn't it sooo great when someone notices especially someone who never said anything before that has to be the best feeling ever.

            My friend went and got me some ketostics yesterday adn I of course had to use them I am in Ketosis of course I knew that with my lack of appetite. I haven't had the things for a long time I don't know but, peeing on a stick seems to reaffeerm that I am doing great. What a wonderful morning. I know I'll be in onderland sooon and that will be AWESOME. YA BABY!!

            I am soooo excited for us and anyone eles who is doing this but, not posting hey, I'm a happy camper.

            I'm not sure what exercise wil entail today my legs are still achey from my hill run but, I know I did something. I am doing weights for sure today aND POSSIBLY BIKERIDDING TODAY IS MY CROSS TRAINING DAY. Pulling 2 kids on my bike is a HUGE workout so that ought to be excellent.

            I better motor but, I'll check back later.

              I was right...so sore. I am still exhausted this morning, and actually had to take some decafinated green tea to get my motor running, hopefully that will work. All I want to do today is lay in bed and sleep but I can't I have a little girl that needs tending to.

              Your bike ride sounds like so much fun, I don't have a bike but have been thinking about getting one. Maybe Christmas or something.

              I have some ketosticks but they don't work for me anymore. I don't know if it's because they are 6 months old, or what, but every time I use them I feel bad because they don't turn colors. A little bottle is like 9 bucks, so there is NO way I am buying more, especially if they are just gonna mess up in 2 months. I'll just use my tape measure, but if they work for you go for it.

              I have to go, we have a ton of errands to run today. I'll ttyl. -Yoly

                Ok, so a big rain storm has come up it's blowing sooo bad there will be no way I'll pull my kids through that it's too crazy and I have no protection for them so I'll have to skip the bike ride today and I was really looking forward to it. I did My weights today already my chest is achey that's good 2 sets this week WOOOHOOO. I am pumped. Maybe I should do some Pilates or something that might be a good idea.

                Oh what I ate today I have to tell ya.

                Breakfast 2 HB eggs with mayo
                Lunch large salad 2 cups lettuce, 2 sausages, and smoked chicken ontop MMMM nummy with ranch on it. What a great lunch hey.

                I have a ton of energy and feel like running but, at this rate I'll burn myself out I don't want that so I'll do something elese maybe even dance around my house for a while that's always fun.

                Any way I better go have a great day

                  hey, had a pretty hectic day today, it's 10:30 and my kid is still not asleep. Will check back in with a full report later.

                  Ok, I'm back. I took it pretty light today. I consider it a rest day, but was feeling so guilty that I did about 60 sit ups and 50 leg lifts. I'm even thinking about pulling out my Dance Dance Revolution and dancing for an hour now that Abi is finally asleep. Maybe I'll hold off on that until tomorrow and just relax tonite, I have been feeling kinda tired and I don't want to burn myself out.

                  This morning I had 1/2 can of tuna with mayo, I usually eat the whole can (about 6.5 oz) but I noticed half way through breakfast that I was full. I put it away in the fridge and ate the other half for lunch. Your salad sounded so great that I decided to make myself a big salad for dinner. I grilled some chicken with fajita seasoning on it and put it over bibb lettace, a little rotel, shredded cheese, and sour cream. It was really good.

                  I am kinda dragging today and am headed off to bed, hopefully I can be asleep by midnight, I am really restless lately and can't keep my brain from going a mile a minute, eventhough I am tired from all the excercise. I wonder if little sleep affects weight loss? I guess I'll post about it and ask.

                    Hey Girls! Can I get in on this? I don't know why I didn't notice this thread before, I guess I just got back from vacation Monday but this is the first I have seen!... I have already set goal to not weigh until September 1. BUT, I need to excersize more and the cream I don't use regularly anyway so I think I can do it!

                    Congrats to you guys for shrinking! I wanna shrink too!!!!!

                    I am starting now with sit ups. I am going to do 100 before bed!

                        Up with the sun this morning, after having to take my SIL to the airport at 5 a.m. I went out and made good use of the fact that my hubby hadn't left to work yet and got a run in. I went to the track and completed my first session on the training for a 5K. I don't know if I'll actually run a 5K but it would be nice to have the option. Plus I was hurting so bad after my last attempt at running that I KNOW it is a great workout. I did my 25 minutes and headed home, I've taken all my supplements this morning, and somehow avoided starbucks on the way home, yippy! Just finished breakfast; scrambled eggs with shredded cheese, and pace picante sauce (yummy).

                        I am full of energy and I am so glad that I got my workout over and done with because who knows what the rest of the day holds for me. Today is going to be a good day, I can feel it!

                          Great Job Yolly and also WECOME to the challenge Loser For life. Think you can wait an extra 5 days to weigh in September. YA, I'm sooo happy we have a new recuit this is excellent.

                          I am a bit sore today and got to sleep in so that was cool. I am running today probably 3 miles as it says in my book so that'll be my exercise for today. I was really excited to Bike ride but it's still raining so I guess I won't be doing that.

                          I'll be back later with a report I have been feeling awesome lately and also I know I have lost weight just by how my body is looking WOOOHOOO. No I haven't weighed LOL But I sure want to.

                            I went and did my run it was killer I was drippling like I had a bucket of water pouring over my head makes me feel so great. I did 3 miles and I did the first mile slow at 4.1 second mile faster at 4.5 and third mile fast for me at 5.3 MPH how exellent. NOTHING will STOP me I am a machine I feel like everything is in perfect running order. YA BABY.

                            Way to go YOLY girl on the exercise you are ROCKING this Joint.

                              That is so great Sarah, you are practically melting over there. I am so jealous, I did my very short "run" this morning and I was actually tired. I will probably do some free weights tonite because my arms are starting to look really nice and I want to keep at it. I have lost 2 inches around my arm, when I flex my biceps you can actually see the indenction, when I extend it you can see the "cut" in the back of the miscle, and my tricep muscels are getting really defined too.

                              I am excited I still have a little flab on my under arms but I have never been able to get my arms in shape, they are coming along nicely, and I'm only usuing 2 pound weights, lol. I'm gonna keep on using the little weights though because I want to lean out my arms, not bulk up (I already have way too much bulk).

                              Had some yummy tilapia fish for lunch with lime juice and spicy sauce. I am in a spicy mood today. For dinner my hubby is taking me and my daughter out to a great steak restaurant so no more cooking for me today, hooray!

                                Hi Guys you are doing great!! So far today I have had a big salad for lunch and a piece of smoked sausage for breakfast. I also snacked on some nasty pork rinds this afternoon. I am going to go run around with my dogs tonight for some excersize. I will probably only be able to check in in the evenings and not much on Saturday, I work both jobs and will be working 16 hours tomorrow sheesh! Anywho, I am thinking of running to Walmart to get some hand weights... I hate that place though!

                                Hopefully soon I will be able to run like you guys~! I am jealous!!!
