I know how you feel Yoly I feel the same way I am sure we won't be dissappointed at this point we ahve worked way to hard to get it done, I'm sure we will both be really happy with the results.
I just finished my run it was 5.25 miles in 65 minutes I am happy I did it. After I got going it was good the first half hour seemed like it took forever but, it went quick after that and I got it all done for today. YAY

I did my start it up today again. I felt good doing it and i'm not that sore anymore, thank God. I may take a rest day tomorrow i'm not sure. I definatly want to squeeze in as much excercise as possible before Saturday that way I can get a really good number, lol.
I haven't seen Rikki or reveal around here lately, I hope they're doing ok. Isn't it funny you and I started this and now here we are just us two about to finish it together. Great job I am so proud of us.

Yoly got your message I would ahve got it when I woke up so you should have just weighted that would ahve been cool. Now I really want to and I can't GRRRRR!

Today is running again day for me and weights so I'll be doing 3 quickie miles and then legs lunges and stuff ACK. I'll be sore tomorrow I can almost guarantee it OUCH. I am nuts.

I have a lot of metabolic resistance, before joining this challenge I would lose a pound or two a month max, no matter what I tried. Through out this month I have noticed that my thighs have shrunk, my abs are tighter, I look better all around. I have begun to excercise on a regular basis, which is I think one of the best gifts that this program could have ever given me. But I know you guys want actual numbers so here they are:
Everyone ready, in this month I lost 14" and 7 pounds. TA DA!!
