    MMMM sounds so good sorry I was MIA LOL I have been a busy girl thought I would pop in and say HELLO then I am off to the treadmill to run 9 miles. I would love to be outside doing it but, hubby is away and I have 4 kids right now so it's not an option so I will probably be bored to tears on the treadmill but, I will suceed.

    I'll come back and tell you how I did after ok.

        I just finishedmy 9 miles the last mile was really hard I thought I was gunna quit but, I didn't I kept pushing upped the speed and finished my 9 in 1.59:30 Holly crap what a long run I burned 16700 caloried approximately and I feel baked. But I did it and that's all that matters.

        I am sittin here drinking my face off I am sooo thirsty I drank 1.54 liters while running now I'm gunna drink some more so I don't get dehydrated. I am so glad I got this done early or I don't think I would ahve wanted to. LOL

          Great job Sarah! You are doing so great with your runs, and your time is looking really good too.

          I got my new excercise tapes today and I started doing those. I am doing the slim in 6 program so I did Start it UP this morning, the tape is an hour long. Afterwards I wanted to try Yoga Booty Ballet, so I did that tape too. OMG, I was really hurting. They do lunges and squats, ab work, all kinds of things that had me aching. Luckily the time passed quickly, I was actually surprised when I was finished with the tape.

          I also swept the house but didn't get a chance to mop today. I will do that tomorrow though. So total I did 2 hours of excercise today. I feel pretty good about it.

          I had a fun day today, my parents were having a late lunch/early dinner kind of a thing. They made chicken, fajitas, ribs, and sausage (all things I can eat), can you say yummy. Plus my dad made his special green sauce, made with green tomatillos, I dream about this sauce; it's that good. My two sisters and their husbands were there. We played cards for hours, my hands actually hurt from playing so much. It was a lot of fun, I haven't done anything like that in a while.

          Well I've really enjoyed my weekend so far and I get an extra day! Hope everyone is having a nice weekend too. How are you guys?

              I got some new excercise clothes today and I am picking up my new running shoes tomorrow. Dedicating money to myself and my progress is really rewarding.

              Where is everybody? oops just remembered it's a holiday, I hope everyone is having a nice labor day.

                Had a good labour day I totally didn't do anything today but, I haven't had a rest day in a while so it's all right I think.

                So what is the verdict for the weigh in are we doing it tomorrow or are we waiting till the 10th HMMMM I wanna know I am getting antsy LOL. So Yoly make the call there sweety I need to know.

                Tomorrow is 3 miles for me followed by weights tomorrow is gunna be sooo hecktic I have to take my littlest to dance at 1:30 then dance again at 6:30 What a crazy day. I'm sure everythiugn will be ok though I HOPE LOL.

                So I may not be here too much tomorrow but I'll be in from time to time all right.

                  SO today is my 10 monthy Atkins Anniversary how exciting WOOHOOO CHEAT FREE I am stoked and excited and well just plain exhilarated for today. I was hoping for the weigh day but, I have eaten now so it's not happening. Let me know if we are weighing Yoly and if TOM is gone cause I really wanna know I am excited to find out where I am and so is everyone elese. LOL The suspence is killing me now.

                  So it's 3 miles bright and early this morning then I take my little boy to tap at 1:30 Cool hey.

                  I'll come back in a bit when I am done my morning run.

                          I fit into my skinny pants yesterday, they looked pretty good on. I am excited about weigh day only 3 more days.

                            I'm running 5 miles today and this morning I woke up with a headache cause I am sooo tired this getting up so early really sucks LOL. I am feeling like I really don't wanna do it today so I will definately have to make myself do it. It'll be a slower run cause a fast run is out of the qusetion. After my weights yesterday my body hurts LOL. I think that's the reason my modivation sucks is cause I did weights and broke down my body, I lifted heavier so OUCH..

                            Silly me when will I ever learn, well I probably won't

                            I am excited for the weigh in to Yoly I haven't seen loser4life, or reveal here lately wonder what happened to them. Hope everything is ok with them.

                            So Saturday is the BIG day how excellent I am excited first thing naked LOL.

                            Well I better go and modivate myself.

                              Hey Sarah take it easy today babe. I know what you mean about pushing yourself especially when you don't want to get out there and do it, but take it easy, run slowly or cut your run short if you have to. I know you won't listen to me because your stubborn as a mule, but I don't want you to get hurt either.

                              I just started the Slim in 6 program on Sunday. I am pretty excited with the results, I have already noticed my thighes were smaller after only 2 workouts. That lady has really been kicking my butt, I am sore all over and walking up and down the stairs is postively torture. It is exciting, I haven't found something that has made me sore in a long time.

                                It's amazing what a new workout will do. The running is really slimming my legs which is an absoulute miracle I may break the 29 inches and go lower how exciting. I am not an exercise tape person sorry to say if I was it would be sooo much easier to fit it in some days. I had Tae Bo and I used it for a week and hated it sooo bad That I didn't do it any more. I guess you gotta do what you like to do or you won't stick to it.

                                I am glad you love the tapes you ahve such a variety when you use them that is sooo excellent. Be sure to change it up every 6 weeks so your results don't dwindle. Get a few different ones and change it up every few weeks so ya don't get bored.. Ya, Yoly you are doing aweosme. Ans the scale is screaming my name HE HE. I'll wait though why mess with a good thing.
