    OMG!!! I hurt. Swam half a mile in 30 minutes and I feel like someone took a bat and hit me with it over and over again. I know I'm gonna hurt tomorrow, so I'll go ahead and call it, rest day.

      Today was increasingly hard I sooo didn't want to do anything at all I wanted to sit and die I am and was sooo extremely tired I could hardly do anything, but, you would be proud even know I have the TOM tiredness I still was able to do 4.5 miles I am so proud I did it dragging my but the entire way AHHH I was sooo happy to be done. That's what separates an exercise addicte from everone eles No excuses.

      I went to the chiropractor today and basically my neck is majorly messed up but can be fixed it ahs a strange curvature in it and it's not too good. It is pinchng all the way and is severe from what the doc said. I am not able to have adjustments just very careful manipulation till teh shape of it changes and it's not pinching so I guess I'll just keep a going and that will be great I am sure it's from all the excessive weight I have had on my body and also from a few other things. But the weight is a big one.

      Well I better go take care all

        Way to go Yoly! I can't wait to go swimming again! I hope I can go to the lake before the summer is over!!!!

        you both are so motivated and it is showing!!!!!

        I screwed up tonight. I brought home chicken from work for my babies and I was cutting it up into small pieces for them to put in with their food..... well, I nebbled a bit! I feel sooo guilty. But back on track 100% in the morning....I have to work @ 9 then I don't have to work at Arby's which is good... I will be working there all weekend though b/c one of the managers is going on vacation! I am jealous! Oh well... such is life!

          Great job guys on staying active. I have an extra long day today so I probably won't be home until 5. I am going to spend a lot fo quality time with little Abi tonite so I'm gonna take a rest day.

          I had a delicious if cold lunch:
          Last night I grilled 1 chicken breast and packed it in a baggie, I ate it today and eventhough it was cold it was still pretty good. I also followed your suggestion Sarah and I cut up about 2 ounces of cheese and snacked at that. I am still feeling kinda hungry but I'll just wait until I get home. I forgot my waterbottle this morning and so I haven't had very much water today, also I haven't taken my supplements. Sigh, oh well it's too late in the day to take them now so I'll just have to restart tomorrow.

          How are you guys doing? Everyone staying active? Everyone still doing their eating ok?

            Oh, ya everything is great My little man got up at 4 in the morning and I had to do sooo much today resister my daughter for school, bible study Babysitting, Chiroprator. Looks like I'll be taking way too many kids with me to my appointment so I am kinda stressed abou that. I listened to a great tape on disiplining your child so they will listen. Just what I need cause I find that I just let is slide till I get really mad when I should be disciplining straight away. LOL. I will try the technique a try and see how it goes.

            I am very tired I didn't get much sleep due to little man in the bed so I am finding it really hard to find any abbiton to run. I know I need to do it so I am sitting here with all my exercise gear getting ready to do it. I am not sure how far I will go but, I am aiming for 3.3 miles today. I'm just too exhaused from my TOM and hope I have the energy to do it.

            I am having a protein shake right now made from eggs I sure hope it helps we'll see.

            So any how that's how my day is going I'll be back later.

              Ok, so I did my 3.3 miles and thought I was gunna die the whole time my Body is sooo exhaused and weak I feel like my body just wants to sleep. However I can't do that I have to be up till 11:30pm tonight with the little girl Emily Fun, not looking forward to it and here I thought I could probably go to bed early. Darn it any how.

                  I feel like I am bloated... probably that time again. Yuck... I am going to exercise tonight somehow. I am not sure what I am going to do... I may go to the gym but I doubt it! There just aren't enough hours in the day and I need to figure how to move them around to fit my schedule!!!!! I HONESTLY feel like I have time for NOTHING!!!!!

                    Today I have to take a running day off I don't want to Cause I'll have 2 days off in a row today and tomorrow, but I will be doing weights so not a day off really. I can't run when my TOM comes heavy it's a hazard so I'll just stay close to the toilet and do some weights instead it's not running but, it's somehting.

                    I slept for 12 hours last night put the kids to bed layed on the couch with my littlest and passed out. I went downstairs when Emily was picked up at 10 and didn't wake up till 9:30 am holly crap that was a huge sleep but, I must have really needed it and I feel tired still but better.

                    I'll be back later everyone tell you how my muscles of furey went HE HE HA HA

                      Hello all, today is a better day. I got that job offer I went to interview but I have mixed feeling about it (check out journal for more details). I haven't gotten my excercise in today but I'll do my WATP tape tonite.

                        I mowed my Lawn it was crazy 1 hour of pushing the stupid lawn mower I guess I got my exercise after all LOL.

                        I am doing weights here right away so that will be good I have 1 minute to myself while the kids eat supper. I have 6 right now all little and 2 got bit by wasps today Stupid things I have traps all over thought I would be nice and go to the park but, the stupid wasps were swarming and we had to go home. My little guy got bit on the mouth the other guy got bit on the finger. I was sooo pissed and trying to hurry the kids away while wasps are all around us. Thank GOD nobody elese got bit. And that nobody is allergic.

                        Oh, my day is crazy thank goodness I got lots of sleep I sure needed it.

                          Decided to take a rest day today after all. I really needed it too. Finally I feel like my old self, this week has been craaazy. I will pick up the excercise torch tomorrow morning don't you guys worry.

                            I just typed a long message and my computer shut down for no reason! GRRRR... Anywho I am not posting a big one in case it happens again.

                            I will have to write more later... I am ok. Glad to see yall are too!!!!
                            Diet is good, exercise is so so... I worked 16hrs today and will work 16 tomorrow, then back to work 7 hours later to work 8 hrs! I will be glad when help gets back form vacation!!!!

                              Yoooohooo- You guys doing ok? I think I may need a beating. I ate almost a whole nother' low carb wrap! GRRRRRRRR>....... back on track now- I worked more than 15 hours today... tired, ready for bed! I will go read a chapter or two in my book, then to bed to wake up in 6 hours andgo at it again!!!!!!                                 I'm here today was MIA yesterday had soo much to do and ran my but off all day with my kids, some friends of ours are moving so went went to a going away party and it was good stayed till 11PM and came home when I could have had fun for a few more hours LOL.

                                Any how today is running day I don't feel like it at all but I will do it, 5 miles for tofay and then the big push comes for the next long run EEEEK I'll do it though cause I am that stubborn LOL.

                                Any how I better let you all go can't be here long.
