    Hello guys, sorry I have been taking some much needed rest and relaxation this weekend. Well kind of resting, I didn't to my tape on Saturday but cleaned the house instead, swept the whole first floor, picked up toys, baked 2 cakes and 1 cheesecake, and walked for about an hour and half at walmart. I crashed last night.

    This morning I woke up at 7:30 and cooked a turkey, I also made stuffing, potatoes, rolls, broccoli, salad, and cake. It is my mother-in-law's birthday and I was hosting her birthday lunch. I haven't gotten any "official" excercise today but I it's 3 and this is the first time that I am literally off of my feet since 7:30. It's been a busy weekend but it has been better then school and work which start tomorrow. I want to get in my 3 miles tonite and I hope I get to, but I'm not making any promises. I have been super busy and only got in 4 days of "official" excercise this week so far, I feel really guilty about this. But I am taking into consideration that school has started just this week and I am still learning my new schedule.

      Sounds Crazy there Sweety WOW you are one busy girl I have been the same way Run off my feet and I have lost of kids today. This is sucky cause it's Sunday one of the few days where I really don't want kids at all.

      I did really good today I went for my run finished the 5 miles in 65 minutes which is a total of 15 minutes faster then when I did my first 5 miles. WOW I have come a long way. I ran at 4.5 MPR the whole time till I cranked it at the end. YES, My energy has returned it was an awesome run I didn't feel draggy felt totally awesome running. Next week is my next milage Jump so that ought to be tiring but very reward ing. WOOHOOO. I am excited for the week to come. Oh since I started it's official I have lost a total of 15% bodyfat How kicking but is that I am very proud of myself. YA.

      So I am off again kids wanna go outside so that's cool it's nice out.

        Hi guys!!! Just thought I would pop my head in really quickly. I just got off work and am pooped!!!!! I hauled in mondo cases of food this morning and I am hoping for no rain so I can walk my dogs ina few. I am excited my fiance is starting a different position at his work and now will be working m-f 8-5. So, I am excited but I will have to re-adjust to him being here all the time!!!! It is a great thing- but it will take getting used to!!!! anywho- gotta run! Glad yall are good.

        Yoly- don't be too hard on yourself!
        Sarah- you have the drive of(i don't know what) But you are soo good about pushing yourself even when you don't wanna~ WTG!

          LOL, I have been feeling so terrible about my lack of excercise but I just looked up on fitwatch and it turns out that with all of my house hold stuff today I burned close to 1,247 calories. I burned another 400 yesterday. I can't believe this. I am glad then to say that I am not doing my 3 miles tonite, my feet really hurt and I'm gonna put them up and do absolutly nothing for the rest of the day.

            Okay, I'm joining the ICES challenge for the next week, hoping to get down under 200 before my cousin's wedding on the 10th. It's only 3 pounds away and I know I can do it, but I want to get there soon so I'm upping my dedication.

              Great to have you Reveal I'm happy that you are joining we have an awesome little group and are happy to have any extras. Basically we are Just about finished this challenge but, we are going to do a continuation once we have graduated from this one and do rung 1 and 2 Starting I think the 12th of September. Hope you'll join us for that one also. This should give you enough time to finish the 2 weeks of induction and get things moving.

              I am lifting heavy weights today really wanna get my body building some LBM and shape imy body more into a machine LOL. I haven't done it in a while not heavy so I am looking forward to seeing how my body responds.

                I just finished my weight LONG OVERDUE. It felt good to really exert myself and to really break down the muscles to fatigue. I am hoping this will help to reshape my body into a seky sleek machine. I have no doubt that I will lose inches. It;s exciting to incorperate stuff into your routine it makes me feel great about me.

                Oh I am having like the best lunch ever salmon with tomatos, cucumbers, and cheese with a bit of ranch and mustard OH< to die for MMMMMMM

                  Great to have you on board Reveal!

                  Hey Sarah, sounds like you got in a great workout that's great. I am about to do my 3 miles and am looking forward to doing it, it's been a while since I used my tape. I feel better today I got some much needed rest last night and have much more energy today.

                  I know I'll be in the next challenge and I want to get there super squeeky clean, so for the rest of THIS challenge I will do induction. I have basically been doing this, but I have let a few things creep in my menu (strawberries mostly). So I am going back to stict induction until the end, that way when I'm ready to move up I can be very aware of my body and what is going on with it as I add new stuff.

                    Well I had a great first day of induction, I ate almost all of my veges, took my supplements, drank my water, and excercised.

                    B: 2 HB eggs w/salt & 3 ounces of cheese (this meal was kind of late, around 11 so I counted it for lunch too)

                    D: 4 ounces of turkey with mayo and lc ketchup sauce
                    1.5 cups of salad with ceaser dressing

                    For a total of 1300 calories - 400 workout calories = only 900 impact calories for the day.

                    I did my 3 miles and felt great afterwards! Maybe I'm just paranoid but I had noticed that I had lost a bit of muscle mass on my arms so I wanted to use my tape again. Well I did and I upped my resistance, I am now using 3 pound weights. I felt so good afterwards, I'm glad I got to do this.

                      I hate to tell you this Yoly but the ketchup is a frankenfood LOL. Do ya think you can give it up till weigh in I bet you would lose more. OK, I have a plan I challenge you to drop the ketchup and I will drop my mustard. OH, SOOO horrible I put it on everything. I am sure you can do this We can do this sweety. WOOOHOOO, and I am dropping the nuts till the 6th cause I can't get into ketosis I am thinking it's from the testosterone for my Hormone imbalance at least I sure hope that's what it is. I can't even change it at all. This is extremely unusal for me I am always in ketosis so I am somewhat distressed though I am sure I am still losing cause I have lost inches LOL.

                      Any how what do you think there???

                      How is everyone doing today I am running my 4 miles maybe a bit more depending on how the kids are I am feeling great TOM is done WOOOHOOOO and the water retention is lifting. I do have some still but, it will go soon.

                      I am going to join U in induction Yoly your reasoning is awesome, I think it's really great for our bodies to know exactly how it feels to be in ketosis with no hunger for when you start to add trigger foods will cause you to add back cravings and such, so Kudo to you sweety.

                      I am in the process of trying to find my damn book, I have looked everywhere and I know I had it here 2 weeks ago I am sooo PISSED it's not like it's the cheapest thing onn the planet, it costs like 12 Bucks Canadian. Oh, well what do ya do right. I'll go and pick another up ASAP so I am not in the dark it's like my take everywhere manual and you need it when you start going through the rungs it's soooo importnat. So if you don't have a book I encourage you to pick one up get the DANDER 2002 I think that's what everyone has here and read up cause the next challenge will take us into OWL and reading is the first step to success.

                        Sarah, have I told you that i hate you lately. Fine, fine, I will drop the ketchup Thanks for making me do this babe, I really needed a push to let it go. Ya know I luv ya.

                        Thanks for joining me on induction, somehow it is so much easier when you've got a buddy doing it with you. Great job on dropping the nuts the scale is really gonna fly down on the 10th. Sorry about the kitosis, don't sweat it though, like you said your still losing inches and that's what's really important.

                        Today is my long day at school so I'll be up here until 3, it's ok though, I dropped abi off this morning and miracle upon miracles absolutly NO crying. I was so happy. Already took my supplements this morning and had a delicious breakfast, I packed my lunch so that meal is taken care of. I will do my 3 miles tonite when I get home.                           Way to Go Yoly I know you hate me some days But just think of how great this will be for both of us. I am already Kicking but this morning took Lilianna to school this morning have been up since 6:30am went for my 4 miles already I was really running hard today was able to finish my 4 miles in 48.08 I was going for 48 flat but, I would say I was pretty damn close. At the end of my run I cranked the speed to as hard as I could go that was 7mph holly crap I was really running. I did great and that is my fastest time ever. WOOHOOO. The scale is really gunna move now I can feel it.

                              I have 6 kids right now and all Girls with attitude fighting over who wants to be the mom LOL.

                              I have to go to the chiropractor here in a bit fix my back LOL. Everything is good though.

                                Just finished my 3 miles. I was a bit tired today but am super proud that I stuck to this and finished today. How is everyone doing? I don't have class tomorrow so I get to just chill at home with my kid, yippeee.
