    yeah that does sound great! I was oh so bad tonight. I was at work, after a long long day... However I got off about an hour and a half early Yeay! Anyway, I had a low carb wrap... I put grilled chicken with pepperjack cheese in it folded it in half and baked it in the oven... It wasn't too bad, but I did still cheat!!! Better tomorrow!(it was yummy though. I had it with a bit of sour cream and salsa! Those wraps have 31 grams of fiber in them! I couldn't believe it!!!!!! Anyway, talk to you guys mre tomorrow! I Have GOT to go to bed!!! I am running on 2 hours of sleep! and I have been working 14+ hours until now! And I have to get up in 6 hours and go back to work!!!! I am getting old quick!!! LOL... ok nite!

      Hello guys, just walked in the door from celebrating a friend's birthday party. I made the conscious decision that I was not going to drink tonite and so I had a plan to make sure I didn't . I had a water bottle in my hand for the entire night, I must have filled that thing up like 8 times. Also I bought some of my favorite sugar free chewing gum and had a piece in the mouth all night. I am happy to report that I did great with the no drinking. I did not have anything but water all night.

      I can't say that I did perfectly though, I smoked 4 cigarrettes. I am really dissapointed in myself about this, I said that I didn't want to but then I cratered when I got there. I am not a "smoker" usually in fact I only smoke in social situations and it's usually only a few. This is not an excuse at all, no one is more dissapointed then I am, I am resolving to do better. I will not smoke again!

      Sarah, I hope you are still out dancing the night away.

      I am excited about the fact that I didn't drink tonite, that means that I can go to bed right now and know that I will wake up feeling fantastic. It was important for me, not only because of my WOE but also because I didn't want to be hung over tomorrow. First of all tomorrow is my big excercise day and it is also the last full day I get to spend with Abi before school starts. I am excited we are going to the museum, we are gonna have so much fun!

      Ok, off to bed now, ttyl.

        It's only 1 o'clock here and already I have been a busy little bee. I did my 3 miles this morning with my usual 2 pound weights. Then I straitened up the house, swept and mopped. So far I've burned 730 calories.

        I had planned on going to the museum today but instead I sent Jonathon with Abi, he's taking night school and will be home for only an hour on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. She won't REALLY see him until Thursday! So I wanted him and her to go and get in some good quality time. This also helps me out because I want to get everything ready for school, I want my house clean (who knows when the next time I'll be able to clean is), I need to go grocerie shopping, I need to cook and cook and cook. Oh, and I'ld like to do all of the laundry. It's a busy day for me today but I knew that it was gonna be like this so at least I was prepared.

        How are you guys? Everyone ok?

          Same here. I just got off of work and I have done 3 loads of wash, only like at least 5 more to go. Cleaning, grocery shopping and we are probably cooking out later here with some friends, maybe cards after...who knows! I got my exercise in today because there were no guys to help unload the 150 case truck this AM. SOOOO, I had to help... My arms are very sore... my back will probably hurt tomorrow... I never could get the whole lift with your legs thing...lol. Anyway, check in with yall later!!!

          WTG on having so much accomplished yoly! I have so much ahead of me...

            Great job getting in your excercise Rikki that's fantastic!

            I am sitting here icing down my inner leg right above my ankle. Something heavy fell on it and formed a bruise immediatly it even started to swell a bit but that's when I got the ice, I hope the damage isn't too bad. It's not the actual ankle that is hurt so I'll probably be ok with my excercise tomorrow.

            Tomorrow is a complex day for me. On one side I am apprehensive because it's the first time I take my daughter to school and on the other I am excited because I'll have some ME time. I'll get to go and workout at the awesome gym, I'll get to go to some appointments w/o toting a 2 year old and all of her stuff. I am excited but really nervous at the same time. Not to mention sad. My little baby is going to school. Wish me luck guys I am going to really need it.

            Sarah - I am starting to wonder that your fun night out was a little TOO fun, where are you girl. Are you too sore from all that dancing that ya can't hobble your way over to the computer?

              I'm Sorry I was MIA. I have been really busy today and very tired I feel really Old. I didn't drink at all last night but, danced a whole bunch and also didn't get home till 3. I had to wake up at 7 with my little guy so I am sooo bagged I can't even conprehand right now. But, I was a good girl and I'll bet you are proud all that alcohol and I had Diet coke and water all night WOOHOOO for me. I just went out and did my 2 hour run I went 8.25 Miles Can you say I am a wrcek.

              I went and got new shoes today and ran in those I have to take them back cause my feet hate them they suck and have the cusioning in all the Wrong places and make my feel roll inward which is sooo bad,

              Ahy How that's what's up with me no worries I'm a good girl think I lost like 2 pounds from yesterday to today and now TOM is comming and I am bloated as all heck YUCKY.

                Ok just a quick check in. I just came home and scarved down lunch after a busy day on campus. My daughter had her first day of school today and I she didn't cry when I dropped her off. She just sat down with the other children and ate her breakfast. I picked her up 3 hours later (wanted her first day to be short and fun) and she gave me a big hug when she saw me, but she was ok. The teacher told me she didn't cry once and even turned to console another little girl who was missing her mommy.

                During those three hours I got to run around and take care of a few things and I got to go work out. I did the cross trainer for 30 minutes and alternated walking and jogging for 10 minutes. I could have gone longer but it was getting near the time for Abi's pick up.

                The funny thing is I used to do the cross trainer for 30 minutes and be dieing on resistance 1. This time I had it on resistance level 6 and I felt like I wasn't even getting a workout. I did burn 300 calories and another 100 on the treadmill. I think from now on I will just alternate walking and running instead of the other machine, I felt like my body was really working.

                I did 55 minutes of cardio and will try to get in some free weights in tonite for my arms.

                Got to go, ttyl.

                Guess it wasn't such a quick check in after all.

                  LOL good Job Yoly I'm gald you were able to get stuff done and I'm glad your little sweety Abi was so awesome. That is a big load off your mind for sure.

                  I had a busy day today I was in the city all day with 5 kids it was crazy I could just strangle the littel buggers but, of course I would never do that they are so nuts. Try taking 5 kids to the store can you say ****.

                  I am having a complete rest day today I totally need it I am sooo tired and am having my TOM like 4 days early so it really sucks and I am cramoping and tired so I think the day off is all right.

                  I went to the shoe stroe today and took back my crappy runners and got a new pair for 140 buck HOOLY CRAP I couldn't afford them but, I needed them for the sake of my body, you don't put crappy gas in a motor so I don't put crappy shoes on my feeet or I would be sure to have major injuries. They are pretty hot runner they have refectors on them and they are white grey and orange so sharp looking and they feel great on which is good. I won't know till I run in them though so that's what I'll be doing tomorrow.

                  Any how I better go I just had supper NUMMY steak and brussle sprouts YUM

                  So take care I'll talk to ya tomorrow.

                    That's good that you are taking a rest day Sarah, sometimes I worry that you don't take enough time off. Sorry to hear about your TOM issues, I know how that is.

                      Hello from school. I am sitting in the computer lab typing away waiting for class to start. My first class is at 10.

                      Well I am off to a good start, I know it is early but one fo the hardest things for me last semester was getting in breakfast. I only have about 30 minutes to get Abi and I both out the door so this has been challenging. I microwaved 2 eggs with mayo (sounds yuk but really yum) and put it in a disposable cup and ate it on the drive. I have my pill box in front of me right now and am about to take my supplements. I brought gym clothes and hope to get a workout in before picking up Abi from school.

                      I'll check in with you guys later.

                        Hi Guys! Sorry I haven't been around more. my fiance works Sunday thru Wed. so when he is home I spend time with him because I don't see him at all the days he works.
                        Yoly- Way to go abi! my friend took her 3 year old for the first time yesterday too and he didn't cry or anything either! which really suprised both me and her. I think she was upset that she had a harder time separating than he did! I am glad you are doing well so far with school and breakfast and all. I just bought a pill box yesterday for all my supplements cause I am usually in such a rush when I leave the house that I forget to take them. now I will only have to remember one day to fill the box up!

                        Sarah- Rest rest rest!!! I hardly think toting 5 kids and going shopping is rest Yikes! 140 for shoes?! wow. Feet are worth the money though...for sure! Way to go on not drinking!!! I am proud of you!!!! I need to practice the water and diet coke more often too!

                        As for me, I have been doing well. I felt super jiggley yesterday so I had a hard time not weighing this morning!!!! But, I stayed away from the scales and if I don't weigh when I first wake up I have no desire to weigh later. Water slacked yesterday but I am doing better today. I need to go to the vets for some heartgard, go get the propane tank filled for the grill, and I would like to check on some bedroom furniture I really really want a new bedroom set! But, I will have to save a while! OK- gotta run. I am star of the week! LOL- I have a bunch of questions to answer in the five minutes of fame thread! TTYL

                          I am sooo Jiggley it's crazy I am also on Testosterone gel now for my lack of testosterone which sucks hope I don't get a hairey chin. The doc said it may help with my sex drive too so that is promising and I'm sure my hubby would love that we'll se and I'll let you know.

                          I have to go to the chiropracter today I got to try out my new runners and no hip pain so I know the old ones were wrecked. These ones have a special no strink liner made with silver LOL So I won't have stinky feet. I have never in my life spent that much on a pair of shoes but, I am worth it, and I am running 5 days per week so I need to be injury free.

                          I Jogged 3.3 miles in 40.30 so I was very happy with that's a 12.21 pre mile the fastest I have ever run an entire run WOOOHOOO. I am sooo proud of myself.

                          Glad to see you are doing well Rikki, I know what it's like to have the man at home mine has been home too so I have been on less as well, tomorrow is his last day off so I'll be back to usual on Thursday after Bible Study.

                          Any how I better go have lots of stops to make.

                            Way to go on your awesome run! That is fantastic!!!! Testosterone helps with sex drive eh? maybe I need to get some of that! lol- I think the best thing for mine is going to be losing this weight!                               Hi guys, phew what a day, just got a second now to post on here. I did good and went to the gym; walked and jogged on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then did some free weights for my arms. Very light weight and only a few reps. Maybe I'll do some more tonite. I did walk aroudn campus in the increadible heat so that's excercise in and of itself.

                              I am pretty happy with my classes, it will be a tough semester but I think it will be ok. Just two more before I graduate including this one. Well have to go, I need to start preparing for tomorrow, have another busy day.

                                Hello all, I am happy to report that I am extra jiggily today. That means I'm shrinking.

                                Also I know I mentioned before that my forearms were shrinking, well ladies I looked down this morning in the shower and noticed that I now have the forearms of a thin person! I can't believe it, they look kind of funny still because I'm still in transitions but I've compared them to other people around me this morning and they are the forarms of someone I would consider "normal" to thin. LOL, isn't it crazy the things you notice.

                                Well I have an job interview here in about 20 minutes but after that I am going to the gym again. I'm gonna try swimming for a while, hopefully an hour. This means I actually have to wear a bathing suit in front of people but Bugaboo gave me hope. She says she felt the same way but that she was in the pool wearing the swimsuit so that she didn't have to feel that way anymore. She's right and I'm going. I just hope there aren't many people there at 11.
