Livelovelaugh~ I love your quote! I agree. It doesnt matter how many times you fall, just as long as you get right back up. That is me, my whole life. I have had to learn that because it is so easy to get down on yourself for a slip up. I am better at not bashing myself now.

Monie....I am looking forward to some strawberries (sorry Splandrea) and raspberries out of the garden with cream. Hmmm...did't look for vanilla flavoured yogurt. Will look next time I am in the store.

For those not yet on the dairy rung:
There has been a lot of posts on yogurt. I believe that the general concensus is that a full fat yogurt really doesn't have the carbs it says on the package as they get 'eaten' by the process. But you cannot have a fruit flavoured one until the fruit rung and ones without added sugar can be hard to find and it is usually recommended that you add your own fresh fruit instead and your own sweetner if needed.

Splandrea....switch over what you can. It will be hard to do with the 16 yo I bet. But if you have only good stuff in the house then that is what they will eat. So whole wheat breads. Brown rice. Whole wheat pasta. You know...if you have the fruit and veggis cut up and ready for them they are more likely to eat it. IE...DD and DS playing video games and I set the plate of fruit before them. They eat it. If they have to do it themselves then they usually don't have any. KIDS! Hmmm...you could save it as your before picture???

Val.....ROFLMAO...<<sitter a $200 check for her 5 hours last night!!>> Pick ME! I wanna babysit for you. Way to go on the jeans! Keep your weigh date. Everyone here is different. I like it that way. Gives us more days to be happy for each other. Way to go on the inches. That will help others who are discouraged about the scale not moving...that is a lot of inches for 10 pounds down.

      Andie...my skin has cleared.

      Live...go join one..

Okay...enough stalling...on to my weigh in...SIGH...BAD NEWS...no loss...good news...at least I am still not the five up I was last night. Dang it...I was hoping for 1 at least. Can I blame the water? The pork rinds?? A couple of days when I didn't get all my veggies in?? Will try to be extra careful this week...SIGHHHHHHH....Still, lets look at the big picture....that is 14 pounds down for 4 weeks...an average of 3.5 a week...not bad!!!
