    Morning Val! How exciting to be fitting in the smaller jeans!! Yes...you hit the nail on the head...the soy sauce will make you retain water. I never have that day before weigh day...LOL! Need all the advantage I can.

        MMM...pizza for breakfast. Used two of my Revolution Rolls to make mini pizzas. A little bit of tomato paste. A little spice. A little mozzarella cheese and 3 slices pepperoni divided. Tastes a little like just barely cooked pizza dough. But still good. Next time I will load them up with more veggies.

              I already had cream and sweetener this morning! I get up at 4:00 a.m. =(

                  Yeah, all this drool is coming from the baby, you would- not- believe!! LOL!

                  I'm an early riser too, get up at 4:30 to make bf's lunch, or he would never make it LC, lol! Problem is, I keep going back to bed when I have so much more to do!! Maybe I am affected by quitting caffeine a week or so ago, who knows? I think I will have more energy when I start exercising regularly.

                  Thanks for the pat on the back about the size smaller, makes it all worth it! Still going to poke around in the rung section to see if we want to move up or not, this (induction) is just so simple, but then again, some change would be welcome as well.

                  No sweetener or cream today!! All I had was 3 scrambled eggs so far, am not even hungry for lunch... I will figure something out. Yup, gonna be a goody goody for the next 2 days before my weigh in. Thanks for joining me Elsie!! If I am 10 pounds down on Friday am, I am going to celebrate and make me n bf some of that key lim pie from linda's site. Going grocery shopping today, in and amongst learning to read EKGs, ugh!!! Is it really necessary? Yeah, I guess so, kind of important as a nurse! LOL

                    I have cream and sweetner in my coffee when I drink it too. Caffiene doesn't seem to affect me. However..the cream and sweetner along with it adds up. Hmm...lets see...you are raising three kids....doing school from home....baby gets up several times a night to feed and you get up at 4:30 to make BF's lunch. Yep...It's gotta be the lack of caffiene...its so obvious (rolling eyes)...;^)

                    Tomorrow..what is a Plank??

                        When I started doing it again I could only do 10 seconds and then needed a break. I didn't do it for a few days, but when I did one today, I could go 30 seconds before needing a break! Yeah me! A definite sign I'm getting stronger. Losing a few pounds doesn't hurt either though. It really makes your heart pump.

                          LOL...Val...it will be much better weighing less. Of course after induction you could add it back in and see if it affects you. Just be aware that if you are adding cream and sweetners that it really can add up over the day. Great Ultimate goals.

                              Well, I think the plank is the position of your body. You hold it up stiff...like a plank. When you get good at it you can vary it by lifting one leg, or doing it on your side on one arm. It tightens your core very quickly and effectively.
