Tommorrow--can feel your energy bursting off the pages! (looking around.making sure her hands are tied) punching bag huh? I have this blow up clown toy..hit it it comes back..does that count? jump rope..good grief..leave me alone with that and when you come back i'll probable have it wound around my neck and swinging from the rafter's!

Val-how's BF--reminding him about your nyquil must have changed his mood..fighting the sleep thing my self in a diffrent way..finding it hard to wind down..think I'll do my excercises at night rather than first light of dawn..Oh..and wipe up that drool!

Bill ~ I'd love to have one of those old clown thingies! I started with something similar, but it had no face on it, before I got my wave bag. It's like a heavy bag but it doesn't hang. It's on a base that you fill with sand or water. It's a great stress reliever!

Well, I'm off to bed now. Good night everyone!

                  Re: Buddy List June 24-29

hey guys, just thought i'd stop by one more time tonight. i made the oopsie rolls tonight, very easy to make i think i might try next time to fix it in muffin pans and make zuchinni or pumpkin muffins, not sure if that would work, but worth a try. i'm not sure if it's the same recipe linda has on her site, but she made some type of rolls in muffin top pans and they actually come out looking more like buns. i will have to check that out again and see if her recipe was different or the same.

i couldn't find an exact count for the oopsie rolls any where to enter into fitday, so i improvised. i went to tomorrow's food entry page, and listed all the ingredients separately then took the total for that and created a new food entry for the totals. it seemed to be the best way to find the exact amounts.

i think i may use them tomorrow for either a tuna salad or maybe heat them back up and eat them like a pancake with some maple flavored butter as my syrup. either way i'm glad i made them.

well, i've done all my exercises except for my squats, so i gotta go get 'er done and go to bed.

                  good night all,
                  monie

LOL! You all had funnn yesterday, glad no one slipped inthe drool! LOL!

I can't even remember all that I read here, but bf is doing good, I am going to weigh in with him on Friday am. Gives me one more day to get this water wt off, soy sauce two days in a row... my rings are tight when they were loose the other morning too. I am going to make a huge try at it to make sure I finish 10 pounds down, no cream, no sweetener, nothing indulgent for the next 2 days. I am hovering at around 9-10 pounds down, want to make it lean towards 10 for sure!

I tried on a pair of jeans a size smaller that I couldn't even get my legs in when I bought them a few months ago, and they FIT!!! Snugly, mind you, but hey, I am already fitting back into 14s, from a very tight 16!!! ----Ok, had to go try on 3 more pairs of 14 to make sure, and sure enough, they all fit!!!!---- Wow, I am shocked! Inches really do tell a story!!! This is going to be a good day!!! (Even though I filled out a calendar for July last night and there are like 16 more tests in the class to take, ugh, will wade thru it though!)

Didn't exercise yesterday, too much studying, I know I need to stop making excuses, I think a challenge will be the thing to keep me honest. Have a good day buddies!!! Keep the house clean, I just did the dishes!! *wipes up one more spot of drool with toe of sock on the way out*

Where is all this drool coming from?! It CAN'T be the baby! Who's doing this?

Good morning buddies! Today begins Day 5 of re-induction and I'm feelin' fine! I took my wheelbarrow of supplements and I'm ready for the day.

I think I'll saunter over and wail on Bill's clown for a few (heads over singing...I feel prettyyyy ~ POW ~ oh so prettyyyy ~ BIFF ~ I feel prettyyy and wittyyy and briiiiiiight ~ BOP BANG BLAP ~ And I pityyy, any girl who isn't meeee toniiiiiiight ~ ZING ZAP ZOW ~.....)
