    Hi buds, just starting the day here. Mike, you will be back on track next week so don't worry about it. Good lesson we all are learning. Vanessa, would really like to know how the movie is. Really liked the last one and this one looks to be more of the same. Vallerie sounds like you really are juggling alot. Don't know how you do it. Havent done anything with spagehtti squash yet. Lots of tomatos stalled me though so good luck. Found out making a simple chili. Didnt gain weight, just didnt lose any. Starting my day off with lots of water, will be walking and working out in the morning. Really enjoy the cool morning air when exercising. Have a nice evening

      Just finished the last mile of my exercise goal for the week.

      I've got a head of cauliflower sitting in the fridge - can someone point me to that pizza recipe?

          the cauliflower pizza is also on the "never ending induction recipes" thread that elsie started. it is in the induction forum, and there are many other recipes there also. enjoy your pizza.

            good evening buddy's!

            Hope all are doing fine! ok here too--passed the cold onto my family and gee I feel a lot better! there ok tho! not like I was..just a few sniffles.

            F4N---love to be outdoors when the sun comes up also! soon I'll be out there with my bike--so looking forward to it!

                hey everyone!!! hope everyone is doing ok. sorry i wasn't able to check in yesterday. i am still doing ok. it was a really hot one today at work as it's been in the 90's all week. it's helped in getting all my water in for the day though. i still need to get 1 more day in of weights in to finish my challenge this week, i will try to get it in tomorrow before it gets too hot.

                i seem to be a little behind in getting my exercises in for my other challenges, will have to step it up the next 2 weeks.

                i decided to take my measurements tonight and have lost another 3.5 inches since 7/5, putting me about 10 total inches lost since 6 WEC begun.

                will try to check in tomorrow, but have a busy day planned, so it maybe later in the day before i can get time to get online.

                  Cori - nice job staying strong at the movies! There's a couple of movies out now that I'd like to see, but that's a place of some really strong habit eating for me - don't think I'm ready to tackle it yet.

                  F4N & Monie - thanks for the info on the cauli pizza. Looks pretty good - think I'll try it this weekend.

                  Bill - so how many balloon poodles did you get in this week?

                    monie---Yahoo! you worked so hard! wishing you a new, size smaller, pair of shoe's!!

                    Double my excercises too..weigh in tommorrow and so looking forward to getting to 30 pounds in 6 weeks! spending almost everyday on these boards and of coarse with the help of my Bud's I think I'll make it!

                      i can make a snake out of a balloon... ... but not a monkey... def. impressed .. and thanks for the attempt of making baloon poodles

                      cori- good job at not cheating at the movie theater... i try to avoid the theater... because i can just smell the popcorn and ill gain 5 pounds haha :P... yummm

                        Hi all, I went to a friend's birthday party last night and I drank a beer which I told myself I wasn't going to do. I'm not going to beat myself up about it though. I had fun and I'm back on track today. Hope everyone is doing well.

                          I love reading all your posts.. and Bill.. taking out the Universal Gym was a feat in itself.. *bravo* you can do it.. and in your spare time.. I want some of those balloon animals! LMAO That was too funny!

                              I made my hunny and I omelettes and bacon and man ohh man.. he even said that it one of the very best omelettes he's ever had!

                              Yeah me! It had nothing in it so to speak.. 3 eggs, some ham, cheese and a lil spice..
