    Hey all, I am in. I get back from my vacation on the 8th and will be ready to get back to some serious work then. So I will do 20 minutes of running. See you guys then and good luck to everyone

      hyper, i think you are the first one to say you'd be doing pilates. i know we have some members that do that but they aren't here yet. maybe soon!

      in times past, when i run a challenge i send out a reminder pm to all the challengers. i suppose you can all expect this reminder a day or two before the actual challenge date.

      remember, this is a one day challenge, 20 minutes of solid movement. what could be easier? oh yeah sitting on the couch with a bag of doughnut holes but i know none of ya'll do that............... right???? N D UGHNUTS

        I'm glad I logged on today. Count me in for 20 mins of Turbo Jam. I was trying to talk myself out of doing it today, but I will do it right now! Thanks for the extra incentive!

                  lol I just reread the challenge - I thought it was 20 minutes every day for the month of July. I posted and started cleaning. lol But I saved rearranging my bedroom for the challenge since it involves the most work.

                        Yup ... I'm in. Sign me up. I commit to doing double my stretching exercises on 10 July. Can't do running, stability ball and stuff like that due to disability. Already doing 2 sets of stretching stuff under physio guidance - so I commit to doing that double. That will be around 30 mins x 2.
                        Start weight: 103.6 kg (227.92 lbs)
                        Goal weight: 80 kg (176 lbs)
                        Now weighing in at ...... 95.6kg (210.32)
                        Total loss = 8 kg (17.6 lbs)

                          as per the pm, GOOD TO SEE YOU, GAYNOR! you know what? i'm not disabled and i can't run either! and the stability ball??? well, i use it but give me plenty of room for rolling around! i don't exactly stay put in one place all the time.
                          doing that 20 minutes of stretching is going to be perfect because it's what you can do!

                            I love to ride my bike! But for the challenge I'm going to try and find a hilly area to do it in, since that is what challenges me most.

                              Still trying to learn the boards/forums, but I will join in. This will help keep me motivated. I will be doing 20 minutes of situps and crunches. Maybe I will stop tripping over the situp bar on my door, that keeps trying to remind me to use it. LOL

                              Thanks Jimmie 48 for the invite, I always wanted to try one of these challenges, but didn't have the nerve.
                              Starting over is never fun, but atleast I'm still fighting.
