    Im In!!!
    I need a challenge, I did cheat this weekend and gained 1 pound. Stupid carbs...thats okay wont beat myself up about it-its done move on-regroup-its Tuesday/Monday is what it feels like and Im so glad to have this support group...

                    I was already trying to hold out at least until Friday of this week. I was feeling so good that I have weighed myself for the last three days in a row!!!!! Bad me!

                        I'm making myself wait until Friday. I want to see more than two pounds gone by then. I sure hope I see more than two gone by then!

                        I also use those keytone sticks too often (3x a day). But it's just for a while. I am trying to find the best time of day to do it. But I am now in the top of the darkest purple. That is good, right??

                          Donna, you're wasting good ketosis sticks because your weight loss will normally only show in the evenings, as you've probably already noticed, so to use them in the morning and afternoon is pretty much a waste. If anything does show up on them in the afternoon, it will be just a little bit. Another good reason not to use them 3x a day is because the two early readings can discourage you!

                            yes, any purple/shade or tint is a good thing. darkest just mean you are burning more fat. just in case you have not passed by these threads, i've provided them here....

                                ah... a jimmie fan. he rules in this household!

                                just refer to the calendar in my very first post. saturday is your weigh day. i set it for that day so everyone could their 'fix' before going scale free on sunday.
