      Sept. 13th Saturday Weigh in Report:
      No loss. No gain. I'm still 178.
      I'm really okay with that number with the wacky, crazy week I've had .

      for those who gained or saw other things besides a weight loss. Keep going. Don't get discouraged. Stay focused on your goals---it's easy to say, hard to do, but worth the time and effort!

      you are right, you only had to post once. any more than that would have been just to help me keep up with things. i've got you recorded as 'scale free' for the first week.

      you're in owl and close to goal. no loss and no gain is a good thing.

        okay, i think i'm caught up on the posts. i deleted the list i had posted as it seemed to confuse everyone. sorry about that. perhaps a chart of what i have posted for you day by day would be better. let me work on that.

        i didn't weigh today. i'm just putting it off until next saturday. i can tell by my jeans that i'm the same within a pound or so.

          Scale free all week only 1/2lb loss this week, not what I expected or hoped for but I'll take it! Moving forward and going to enjoy another scale free week.

            see if this explains where everybody stands a little easier. red is my indication that somebody stepped on the scale during the week.
            if there are blanks, i just didn't see the post or it wasn't made clear to me, or you just haven't posted for the days yet.
            i know the second chart is smaller but this was hasty process.

              I was scale free every day but forgot to post 2 days because I suddenly didn't get email notices when someone added to this thread. I don't know why? Anyhoooo...I'm down 7 lbs in 13 days. I was hoping for more because I used to lose it much faster - but I'm older now, so time to slow down!

                  ssMarilyn, you have to go to the ticker thing again and input your username and the password created by the computer when you created your ticker to update it (I think).

                        Well this is really frustating. It won't let me log in and I don't recall ever getting a password from the ticker thing. I always make up my own, so I have nothing written down for the ticker. ARGH!!! This is not my day! Do I have to start over from scratch?

                          it's probably going to require you to start over. make sure to copy the password and the username so you can get back into the site later.
                          hint: pm the info to yourself. when you recieve your pm, place it in a save folder. [you can create folders for your pm box]

                            lisa, the fault lays with me. you did what the rules said. once a week is required, more than that is just gravy.... low carb style gravy.
