    No scales for me. I'm going to weigh Saturday because I plan to move up to the nut/berry rung and want to see if that stalls me....but I really LOVE the weekly weigh-in vs. the daily one!

              Sept - scale free

              14, 15, 16 and 17

              Feelin' and ! A month ago I bought some clothes, now they are big and very loose. I know I have to buy more.

              Does anyone watch the "Biggest Loser"? I've decided to do a personal challenge with the show. I think it lasts 12 or 13 weeks. I've started walking on the treadmill at the college every day but Sundays. I've never challenged myself doing that many days before. I'm also doing a workout DVD every other day using weights. I'm thinkin' a new wardrobe for me at Christmas. So that's my goal and hopin' there would be other challenges that I could share and do with all of you here on this website to keep me going.

                I'm here. Another day scale free. I'm officially starting OWL rung 1 that Saturday!!! It'll be 2 weeks and 4 days of being in Induction. I hate starting new rungs in the middle of the week like I started my induction.

                  i think we have quite a few fans of the show, cindy. i've known some that get absolutely hooked on the show.

                      Cindy, congrats on the loose threads ... what a great "problem" to have, needing smaller clothes! Hat's off to you!

                      I'd actually like to watch "Biggest Loser," but my husband has the remote control in a Vulcan Death Grip and he'd rather watch paint dry than the most of the shows I like (excepting "CSI"). So, I get the computer 98% of the time, and he gets to wander through eBay on "Project Runway" night
