      Great job everyone!

      I did 30 minutes extra on the treadmill.



      Mini goal #1 - 196 - 10% of the old me gone Met 6/30/09!!!
      Mini goal #2 - 185 - BMI - no longer obese Met 12/23/09!!!
      Mini goal #3 - 174 - 20% of the old me gone
      Mini goal #4 - 154 - BMI no longer overweight

          Late again - sorry - keep chasing my tail....

          ACCOMPLISHED AUG 1:

          90 minutes of walking
          180 minutes yard work (prior underestimation -lots of pruning)
          90 minutes assorted vac/wash/pickup/putaway/etc etc (... sigh - lots more could have been done, but...)

          49/f 5'7" Start 2-27-06 SW222/11-18-09 @ 160-ish/G135-150ish??

          Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
          2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
          but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

          .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

              I woke up early on the 1st to get in 3 sets of 10 Minute Trainer workouts for a total of 30 minutes, but I see my fellow ADBBers were able to pull off the challenge without me. But that's OK with me -- the exercise offset the 8-hour drive.

              Now I just need a day or so to get my fix of the internet which I didn't have access to the past three days.

              Congrats to all the winners.

                eric, i think it's great that you spent time getting some movement in before that drive. well done!

                  Horrendously late posting but hope you can still use my 37 minutes donated of mixed exercise (aerobic step, fast walking, exercise routine) extra to my usual. So sorry to be so late. You can all rap my knuckles.

                      Thanks Jimmie and thanks so much for your hard work on this challenge! I noticed a drop in the scales the day after!! Still struggling to get back to my buffer zone and challenges really give one the stimulous to get moving more!
