          I'd like to join, too!

          I just started this way of eating on Friday and the book is on it's way-will be here tomorrow. I read bits and pieces about 4 years ago, but definitely look forward to really getting into the book.

                            there can be some discussion but we won't be spending a whole lot of time doing it since so much is covered in the different forums. however, it would be good to jot things down if you come across something you are not sure of.
                            i have never boasted that i know it all and i am surely not the one who can explain things but what i can do is make sure the challenge is offered and lead challengers on a scheduled read.

                            what i can also do is provide some of the links to things we have done before such as a fill in the blank assigment. that was a great challenge and really made the challengers read carefully and diligently.
