nice to see the reports, challengers! we're getting closer to the end of the challenge. so far, i'm pretty impressed with the amount of good reports. we aren't a big group but still, the majority are hanging in there. good job!

Thursday scale free (no not an April fools joke...).
From today on no salty spice mixtures anymore on my food, to diminish my weight as much as possible before Sunday.
