I wish I were making more of a contribution to that number of pounds lost, you guys! But alas, I am still 154 lbs this morning. I guess that's not bad, considering DH and I went to dinner last night for our anniversary, and whatever was in the salad dressing, it made me sick sick sick! [Complete with spinning room and everything!]

Hang in there rybread!! It will come off.

And you are contributing by posting. It is not all about the losing weight but also about giving support to others. So even when we are in the midst of our own struggles to come and read about the success of others or to take the time to encourage others is what really makes us winners!!!

Eyooooooo on the feeling sick, rybread! Hey, you know not every week is a losing week for everyone! It can't be! That just doesn't happen--especially when you're so close to goal! That doesn't mean give up, either! Gimmee 5 more minutes of exercise this week!

Yes, I'm bossy. I hope you feel better soon!

              Happy Anniversary!

Please put me down for another 1.5! I know I really shouldn't be weighing every day, but who knows when the next time I'm going to lose weight like this is going to be? I hope I get a few more days for rapid weightloss!!!! But I know it is going to slow down soon So I'm really enjoying it for now!!!

Thank you, you've been my inspiration, all of you on this thread! I can't tell you how much it means to me to have all of these people to come report to and cheer me on! Thank you everyone!

BTW Cleo: That last little line of your siggy about being a professional, did you get the from Mythbusters? I know everyone has said it at one time or another, so it is not original to them, but when I read it that's all I can hear is Adam and Jamie! LOL

LOL! I forgot about that one!!! That's funny. When we first had cable here, we watched that show all the time. It was fascinating and hilarious. Hubby and I are analytical and like to see things take place empirically and in a controlled environment, but humor is important, too. This show seemed to definitely be worthwhile watching! I really enjoyed the repartee and the process.
