      Today I took a REST day TOM is really Killing me I fell nauseated and gross and it's just started I don't think I ahve felt this Lousey at TOM in Months I hate this I have been laying on the couch half the day cause I feel soo horrible. SO I took the day off doesn't happen very often but, my body was telling me lord you need to rest so I did.

      Yoly That's a lot of leg work. I used to Lift weights on my legs for 1 hour can you belive that when I started atkins Of course you take 1 minute breaks between sets but, still 1 full hour. 4 mnutes was killer. LOL. I used to do 6 sets of 50 that's 25 per leg per set man I was nuts I did the 4 minutes which was probably around 30 per leg and WOW I feel it today HOLLY ****. Well I am doing running and Also shoulders ABS tomorrow, the I will Probably do more lunges just to get my legs back.

        Oh I didn't report my water. NO CREAM yay for me and I have drank 8 Big cups of water today I am proud at that that is way more then usual. SO I am getting there slowly but, it is happening.

          Great job staying away from the cream and chugging down the water Sarah! I am so proud of you, i know it doesn't come easy to you and you are there working it! WOW, sounds like a lot for your legs, you know what, I bet you have a ton of muscle in your legs. Mine are getting really muscular. They look like balarina legs when they are up in the air, but when sitting down they don't look quite the thing, yet! They will though.

          I'm tired, I've been up for 14 hours already and it's only 6:30. Phew I may just call it an early night tonite. I am making wings for dinner, so yummy, and I'm gonna squeeze in some veges in there too. I haven't posted my stuff in a while so here it is:

          B: 3 scrambled eggs, 3 pieces low sodium bacon
          L: 1 can tuna with mayo, 2 oz of pork rinds
          S: 1 oz. cheese 2 oz. chicken breast with sour cream
          S: 10 cashew halves
          D: chicken wings
          S: 1 cup low carb ice cream, ( i know i know, i shouldn't have but I felt like something really delicious)

          Water: check
          Excercise: check
          Supplements: Sadly no
          Green Tea: that;s a negative on that one also

          Not a perfect day but pretty good over all.

            Hey ya'll-Of course I had to post about my cheat! You are my family and I cant lie to any of you. I didnt fall out of ketosis though so i'm good. I just got right back on today, not much of a challenge this time. Seeing as though i've been craving T-U-N-A!!! How nasty is that!!! (((PUKE)))) But today at work was good. All the doctor's keep bringing in cookies and all this stuff and they set it right by the time clock and it doesnt temp me in the least. I just look at it and see fat, lol.

            I have been slacking a little on the water lately. At my other job I just sat around all day and chugged, but this job i'm running all over the place pulling files, putting the patients in there rooms, etc. Im not under my 80oz minimum but i'd like to be higher though. I've changed a goal again. Yepp...I sure did. I decided that i'm not going to weigh-in until MY BIRTHDAY!!!! woot woot! I'll be 21 on February 11 so I'm gonna hold off until then. I've realized that im soooooo much happier and have more faith in myself when I dont rely on the scale, ya know? I can tell the difference in the way my clothes are fitting and so thats all I need for my motivation, and the tape measure! lol. So this is it! No scale until February 11, then I'll go from there!!!

            Alrighty i'm off. I'm really thirsty and I gotta pack some lunch for work tomorrow. C-ya!

              WOW that is so great speedy! I am so impressed with your scale challenge. I am glad that we could help convert another member to the evils of the scale. It's so nice to do things for rights sake alone, plus like you said the tape measure and your clothes are much better indicators then the scale. Great work! I'm so glad that you like your job, it sounds like the day just flies by. Good job on staying away from all of the temptation, hah you know why the doctor's put those cookies out there don't you, it's because they had to take those nutrition classes in school and know what that crap will do to your body. I know you want to fit in at your new job, but remember not to comprimise on you! You are so fantastic, beautiful on the inside and out, and I would hate to see you compromise that for a desire to fit in. You are gonna make friends there in no time, you'll see.

                  Hey Guys how's it going well I am here but a little PO'ed rightfully. I posted I was gunna start induction. Not a quick fix to get in control of me again. Well I am getting it royally. I have to do what I have to do ya know. OH, well. I guess Some don't understand and are not in my place right now so Hey what do you do.

                  I waas a little miffed at the one comment that I ahve basically been lying the whole time I ahve been on here and cheating etc. Well that's what I chalked it up to I really don't think it was a fair comment any how. Basically telling me I don't work hard during my stalls. I would really want to just challenge anyone to come and try and do what I do with all the kids I have run as much as I do exercise as much as I do with all the responsibilities I ahve. I work hard I work My freaken *** off, how could I not, don't the Abs and Muscles in my arms show how hard I work, doesn't the 92 pounds show I work hard. Man I don't get it. Now I am a liar. I may as well go eat a begal cream cheese a chocolate truffle and a box of ding dongs if I am. Got that pisses me off to no end I can't tell you how much.

                  Any how enough whining on my part, I should know better then to post anything that isn't perfectly by the book in any forum. Yes, I am following Atkins Yes, I ahve been moving up the rungs, yes, I triggered myself and want to eat everything in sight, so yes I naturally want to gain control. WHat is 14 days of the rest of my life. This is a WOL for me and I am doing it how I can to stay on Plan Obviously I ahve found that I am doing well being that I ahve been Cheat free for a Year but, I guess everything I said is a Lie. ((SORRY RANT) These are the days where I wonder why I even bother, but, hey we are all here to have our opinions I just don't like accusations.

                  Any how it's running day for me today a nice 4 mile sonter LOL. Then I will be lifting weights so wish me luck LOL. I'll need it. My legs are still sore but, means more lunges right. Shoulders and Abs gunna get it today too. I feel better now that my period really started I am tired but, hey it's early.

                        I haven't read the new posts in that thread, but there was like 3 or 4 when I did check it out and I took it the same way as you did Sarah. Thats why I just read it and didn't put my opinion. LOL! You know your body better than anyone, so if it works, then it does! If not....then atleast you know, right? I dont see the big deal! Why slap you on the hand for trying to work Atkins for YOU??? You have kicked some serious atkins @$$ and your improvements are the proof. Dont worry about that, you've done a fantastic job since you started. Work atkins for YOU! Dont listen to the "well....it didnt work for me...." stuff. I'd say thanks for your point of view but you should be looked down on because your not doing it the same way as everyone else. Ya got me? ROFL, now im gonna go re-read that thread and see what i've missed

                        Thanks Yoly - i always wanna type yoloy....??? anywho--the girl who is training me is the nicest person i've ever met. The people there are so friendly and so willing to help each other its scary. and i told them that! and I actually asked them "do you guys ever argue???" and they all laughed. I've never been anywhere like this before. Its surreal how polite and respectful these girls are. Its really, really amazing. I told them some of my experiences and they just looked at me in shock. I dont know, i cant really explain it to you guys. ROF, but its like walking into a different world completely. Its so wonderful and I love it! I really, really do!

                        Ok.....I think thats all I ever talked about here. I hate my job, I love my job, blah blah blah.

                        The weather here is *SO* bad. I take the freeway home from work (65mph) and today the ENTIRE way home I never went over 25mph. It was so bad. And then I heard on the radio, while stuck at a dead stop for 10 minutes, that a gas-semi was t-boned by a car and it exploded! the entire semi! luckily it was before the exit that i was getting on at. But Im afraid to here about how many people died. there was atleast 10 ambulances that passed me going to opposite direction, so it had to be alot of people. I hope I didnt know any, and I feel for the families. Any time is rought to lose someone, but with the holidays here? i couldnt even begin to imagine.
                        I pulled out of the parking lot at work and tried to turn left....well my steering wheel was all the way left, but my car went straight into the ditch on the other side of the street, ROFLMAO. I felt so stupid......i just drove right across the street into the ditch, LOL!!!! but it wasnt a deep one, a guy in a truck tied a chain to my back axel and pulled me out and away i went. I cant believe how bad the weather got so quickly. now there are winter storms warnings and watches all over the tv. Sheesh


                        ok im done talking now. sometimes i just cant stop. have a good one!!!

                          Holly Cow Speedy that is sooo screy at least today I think any how you get to stay HOME. HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all my American Buddies. BE GOOD!!!! I already had my thanksgiving so I am good over here. I just gotta concentrate on Christmas which is always stressful.

                          Oh I totally figured out what I am getting my daughter for a gift that's if they are not too expensive have you seen those roller Shoes well she has a heart attack every time she sees them and wants a pair soo bad so I think Santa will get them for her if that's cool. I know she would absoulutely love them. I think for both older Girls they would really love them Evan is too small yet. It's exciting I know on Christmas morning if she got that she would go insain. What we are doing this year is giving the kids Money. I have no idea what to get them and my Husband doesn't get his Bonus until the 23rd so we'll go out on Boxing day and go shopping it'll be soo fun. I'll give them each a gift card of 100 dollars and they can go crazy it'll be sooo fun WOOHOO I am such a nut. That way they will get what they really want and I don't have to worry about it cause we don't have a lot of money so we ahve to do what we can. January is gunna be 500X better we will be done our bankruptcy and have an extra 1100 dollars per Month WOOOHOO. I can stalk my freezer save some money fix my Hourse it'll be FAB!!!

                          Any how I did all those lunges and squats yesterday and my legs feel better today a bit stiff but, my muscles are liking it.

                          Today is chest Triceps and ABS since that got shot to **** today LOL. NO running well unless I ahve the urge which I may LOL.

                          I had better run just wanted to POP in and Say HELLO!!!

                            Good Morning and Happy Thanksgiving all!!!! I have a *ton* to do today but I will try to check in later with you!!! That darn scale went up to 199 today however, that is definite motivation for me not to cheat today!!!!!! need to drink some water and eat brekkie, take a shower adn get my butt in gear!!! Only 5 hours till takeoff!!!!!

                                Hello all, I stayed cheat free today. The temptation to cheat entered my head only once and for about 1 minute when I smelled the rolls in the oven, other then that I was perfect. LOL, my sis is so great, she told me, "when your craving the rolls just think of the rolls on your stomach that have gone away" lol, she was right. Took my mind right off of bread! I had excelent food, turkey, broccoli. mashed cauliflower, mexican style stuffing (meat based, no bread), salad, and mushrooms. It was a ton of food! Plus I had sugar free jello topped with some berries splenda and cream. Delicious! A definate treat for the occasion. I just had small serving of everything, and I actually pittied those not on low carb at our house this year, there was almost nothing carby.

                                Anywho, I didn't get a chance to workout today, kind of a bummer, but I am letting go of the guilt and just enjoying the rest of the day. Tomorrow I will do Si6 and then I'm gonna hit the stores. I got paid today and need to get abi's birthday stuff and christmas stuff taken care of. Kohl's toys are all 50% off and then it's Toys R' Us, and walmart probably. It's gonna be madness out there, maybe I'll wait and workout in the evening once jon gets home.
