    ewwwww- sorry you are feeling badly yoly- I am sending get well wished your way!

    Well, no workout so far, maybe tonight. Depends on what time I get home from work- I have a perm scheduled at 3:30- so hopefully I will be done by 5:30... it shouldn't take me too long...then if I get that done than maybe just maybe I can get riu in before BF gats home.... We will see! No time this morning since I laid back down when I should've exercised!

      AWWW Yoly sorry you are sooo sick that really sucks it's the season for stress and sickness. I know more people get3 sick right before Christmas then any other time.

      I sure hope that the Antibiotics work quickly and you get to feeling all better.

      I am soo busy today gotta work out hubby is gunna do it with me today Probably late GRRR. Oh well it'll all be great.

      Well better run before I forget to do something.

        Hey guys, thanks for the get well vibes, I really need em. THe stinky thing is that Abi is sick too and it is 10X harder to rest when you are taking care of a sick kid. My body really needs to just sleep and rest hopefully I can get a good night in tonite and then feel better tomorrow. I already feel better today then I did yesterday, yesterday was awful.

        I weighed this morning, I wanted to see what was going on with my body since I've been sick for almost the entire week, and I haven't been eating much of anything. I'm down 1.5 pounds, I guess that's a good thing. Brings me to 182.5.

        I can't wait to start working out again, I am super excited because Jon has committed to workign out with me, he said he would do it every single day that I did it, woohoo, I just got a guy to join the Si6 challenge, lol. Poor thing, he doesn't know what he is getting himself into it. I hope to start tomorrow, but I will let you guys know how it goes.

          ok, just finished start it up. It was kind of easy for me but it was Jon's first day so I want him to work on good form. We probably will do it again tomorrow but I hope soon we will be able to move on to Ramp it Up. I did get to do Slim in 6 Pack and Slim & Limber. All in all a pretty good easy way to slide back into the workout regime.

          Food wise: I wasn't very hungry at the beginning of the day but then I got ravenous towards the end.

          B/L: 3 scrambled eggs, 1.5 slices bacon
          S: 1 oz. turkey lunch meat roll ups with cream cheese
          S: 2 oz pork skins with sour cream for dip.
          S: 2 oz of chedder cheese in there too
          D: 2 skinless, thighs with mayo/lc ketchup dipping sauce, 1/4 cup broccoli with butter.

          Calories for the day about 1800. Not so bad, I worked out so that is good. Overall a pretty good day.

            I poked my head in and saw that you needed some posts so I figured I'd post in here even though I'm not officially part of the challenge anymore (when does the next one start??).

            Anyways, back to day one for me and I did a whopping 10 minutes of Start it Up and couldn't stand it anymore. I know my body will feel better tomorrow.

              UUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH! I'm having such a hard time girls!!! I'm so mad at myself.

              I've been trying so f&*%ing hard to get back on but I CANT! I'm actually starting to give up. Maybe i'm supposed to be fat for my entire life.

              I think i've lost all hope. I just dont know what to do anymore.

                    I know How you feel I have been Super slacking in the post department I ahve been exercising logging and stuff but, nothing elese I am sure when the silly season is done it will be back to normal YAY. How is everyone doing.

                    Sorry you are having Problems Krystal, I am sure that when Christmas is done you will have new found energy and new found Modivation to get back with it.

                    I ahve been busy building a websight for my Body for life challenge. I should do one for us as well and we should post our Cheat free days starting January first what do you all think??

                    I think the ices is mostly a cheat free challenge so if this is something you are interested in let me know Please and I will try and get one done for us. All right. That means we will ahve to post every day weare cheat free.

                      Hey ladies!

                      Its almost Christmas eve!!! I wish i was a little kid again so i could be all ancy and cant wait until bed time so i can hurry to see the presents under the tree. lol!

                      well im happy to report that i am cheat free. yes yes, thats right. you heard me! i've been really good these past couple days, im really proud of myself. and i think my will power now is stronger than its ever been so im so happy!

                      well, it will be a new year and a new ices board, so we are gonna kill it, i can feel it. and now we're all cheat free.....its gonna be great ladies!!!

                      I'll be in to post tomorrow, and say all my christmas wishes, i'm not sayin them now but everyone be safe, its crazy these days outside. drive safe, be cautious.

                          I had a great Christmas but, I get some slugs from the challenge cause there was no way I could have fit in exercise at all. OH well first time for everything. I am starting fresh tomorrow hoping I can get a run in today later after everything.

                            Hey, how is everyone I had a wonderful cheat free CHRISTMAS hope everyone elese did as well. How is everyone doing I am back to exercising here as of today I missed too many days and was feeling like a big lump of coal so today I ran for 90 minutes 7.5 miles and walked .8 miles so it was excellent a total of 8.2 miles for me today. Tomorrow is a 9 miler I am looking forward to it and am gunna get some new music on my MP3 player.
