    YAY, My Yoly is Back glad to see you here and I totally understand the board has been very quiet lately compared to normal and I am saying it's from Christmas everyone is sooo darn busy including me. I am getting frusturated at my lack of inch loss so I am going to do the Body for life Challenge for 12 weeks darn it NO EXCUSES. I need this and I wanna get this last 20 even if it's not 20 off and gain some muscle mass and look hot darn it. I know I will do it I am that determined. Wish me luck. I'll still be running HE HE I'll be soo busy exercsing I probably won't have a ton of time for much elese ROFL.

    I am looking forward to seing everyone in here more often in the new year. I am thinking we'll have to think of a snappy new challenge for all of us Any idea.

      Hey Sarah, great job on challenging yourself for your future success, I'm right there with ya babe, and am jumping back into my Si6 challenge feet first. I'll be doing that when I get home.

      Hey great news guys, I just found out I got all As this semester! I can't believe it, I worked really hard but still thought I would bet a B in my Spanish class, but I got an A- instead and she said since I had improved so much from the beginning of class she was bumping it up to an A!!! I am so excited! woohoo, happy Christmas present for me!

        WOOHOO Yoly here is my workout for today took me 2 hours 5 minutes HE HE.

        Running High intensity 20 minutes warm up 5.2 MPH then went up every 5 minutes till I was at a level of running 8.1 MPH on my treadmill, Walked 10 minutes at 3.5 MPH.

        I just did my workout here I'll tell ya what I did.
        Biceps curls, 40lbsx12 reps, 50lbsx10 reps, 60lbsx8 reps, 70lbsx 6 reps,
        50 lbsx 12 reps changover hammer curls 15 lbsx12 reps

        Tricep Pull Downs, 40lbsx12 reps, 50lbsx10 reps, 60lbsx8 reps, 70lbsx 6 reps,
        50 lbsx 12 reps changover tricep extensions 40lbsx12 reps

        Upright Rows, 30lbsx12 reps, 40lbsx10 reps, 50lbsx8 reps, 60lbsx6 reps,
        50 lbsx12 reps changover shoulder shrugs 50lbsx12 reps

        Overhead Chest Pulls, 20lbsx12 reps, 20lbsx10 reps, 30lbsx8 reps, 30lbsx6 reps, 20lbsx12 reps, Changeover chest flies 30lbsx12 reps

        Behind Lat Pulls, 30lbsx12 reps, 40lbsx10 reps, 50lbsx8 reps, 60lbsx6 reps,
        50 lbsx12 reps changeover Front Lat Pulls 30lbsx12 reps

        So that's what I did today. AHHH feels GOOD.

          Morning Everyone what a fab day isn't it WOOHOO. I feel good this morning a little tired but, so far so good. I was just checking out My Body comp. and well I know it's not accurate so that's fine but, I have gone down 2% bodyfat since October WOOHOO so it says I am 28% whatever LOL. But, even more importantly I have lost 60 pounds since January 2th 2005, till Today and I have lost 60 inches. Man I wish I would ahve take my measures from the very start that would have been awesome to see the camparison. I'll bet it would be like 100 inches or somethng WOW. That just amazes me. My tiney waist is 29.75 inches WOW I could hardly belive it when I measured and I am pre TOM too so it's comming in a week Goodness. I wonder what I weigh. I am weighing weekly now cause I wanna see when I get down 100 pounds I just have to see it.

          Any how I better run today is running day I have a ton of stuff to do but, I'll get it done. After all the weight training yesterday I am not at all sore I am surprised.

            Hey guys, I am so sick! and pissed!!! I was planning on working out last night and after five minutes I just couldn't keep it up. I just took some medicine and am drinking tea now, I have absolutly no apetite.

                WOOOHOO the Whooshie Fairy was here WHUPPPEEEEE!!! So hope the poem is true and I get down to 100 LBS lost.

                I'm sorry to hear you are sick Yoly must be going around cause I am not feelig well either and I think I am taking today off. I feel soo bagged and lethargic no appetite. My kids have all been sick so it wouldn't surprise me.

                Rest Recover girl that's what I am going to do and I am having a nap too YAY ME!!

                I was in the city today and bought some Chromium and I also got some food grade Peroxide which Is good for my Canker sore among other things so I am diluting it and putting on this stupid thing. I swear there is enough peroxide there for the next 10 years ROFL. Oh, well there is lots you can do with it so hey why not.

                Well I better go make lunch then I'm having a nap hope ya feel better and I hope I do too.

                    i'm here. i didnt fall off the earth. just struggling, but im back on atleast. the past week has been ****, my family is so messed up. my only wish for christmas would be to have a family that loves and supports me. thats all i would want.

                    tomorrow im going shopping for chris for christmas. i have no idea what im going to get him, but hes working tomorrow so i will have the entire day to wonder around to every store, lol. i cant belive christmas is like one week away, thats crazy. im excited though. i love christmas time. even though this year i will be alone. i cant go to my parents house like we always do every year.....because im an embarrasment to the family. (they shouldnt even be called family) oh well. atleast i have my puppy, kitties, chris and my friends. thats all i need.

                      i havent mentioned how much i love exercise. through all of my cheating....falling off and trying to get back on, i've never stopped exercising and it makes me feel so freakin awesome! i cant imagine if i was to go a day without it.

                      sorry, lol, stupid post. but i just finished ramp it up for the second time today and i cant get anough. it gets me so pumped and makes me feel so great.



                      ahhhhh yes......the smell of sweat! (eww)

                            Feeling a bit off again today I may have to do only a shorter run again but at least it'll be something. I feel horrible my modivation sucks the big one. I am thinking it's all the christmas stress getting to me. It's making me bagged and Bitchy LOL. And tom is comming i have no excuse to not do it today so I will even know I feel off. I am hoping after Christmas I will be back to me again cause this really sucks a lot. All the husle and Bustle.
