    Happy crunching jsj!!! Congrats on being smoke free. That is good for you and baby!!!

    I don't plan on fighting the scale habit. In fact I have incorporated it into my morning routine. Because I know when in the past when I quit trying to eat healthy one of the things I did was avoid the scale...that way I could deny that it was going up....between not stepping on the scale and elastic waist pants I lived in denial all the way up to 237. That WILL NOT happen again!

    Now I don't stress about the numbers on the scale until Thursday...which is the only day I weigh naked...sorry for the visual...LOL...it also lets me know how my body reacts to certain food. For instance the low carb bread which caused a 3 pound gain of whatever and took the rest of the week to drop back to the previous weight. Which explained no lose last week.

    We have 4 weeks and 5 days left to this challenge. I need to lose 1.91 pounds a week to make goal. YIKES!

      That's such a great idea. I too weigh myself as part of my morning routine, but I never thought of it like that!

      I'm sure you'll make goal! Didn't you make goal ahead of time in the MYRC?

          jsj..yeah I did make my goal ahead of time...actually went 9 pounds under my goal...or is that over..makes me confused...LOL! Thanks for the encouragement.

            Elsie, WOOOHOOO, congrats to getting to the 180s!!! You are doing great on here and you're such an inspiration to me!

            Ztachick, great job on the 2 pound loss! You'e on your way to reaching goal! I know you're going to do it!

            Sadie, keep up the running! I'd love to get there at some point!

            Jsj, well look at you! You just proved to yourself that you can still do 250 crunches! That is just amazing! Keep it up! We want to see more of that!

            NewMe, congrats on setting a second challenging goal! Sounds like a tough one, but you can do it and then you can tell me all about working out in the morning. I just don't think I could do it! You go girl!

            It was late but I managed to sneak in a 60 minute work out today. I'm tired! I did my best on water today but made sure I took my multi-vitamin, another challenge. Tomorrow morning is my weigh-in. I can't wait until tomorrow!!!

                Good Morning Everybody!!! Happy friday the 13th!

                I am soooo happy today is friday the 13th. I posted in another forum how today is a lucky day. My grandfather's lucky # is 13, and he told me the day was lucky and to not act all silly and be paranoid. Every single friday the 13th after that has brought me good luck. Here's wishing you the same!!!!

                I have my fingers crossed that MAYBE, just MAYBE my good luck could come in the form of breaking 180!!!! I can't WEIGHT to weigh in!! LOL...I'm such a dork

                Anyhow....
                (((((Gabs))))) I was sooo happy I hit 250, but I am paying for it. It surely is sore, but I'll survive. No pain, no gain right? I promise that I will do 250 crunches at least once a week!!!! It's time to up those numbers!!

                (((((Elsie))))) See, no worries! You made goal and then some!!! Don't fret, you are always so decicated, I'm sure you'll do beautifully.

                      OK, I finally got the courage to weigh in this morning! I am now standing proud at 201, after four days of a strict reinduction as well as serious cardio exercise (well, not yet today...but I'm getting around to it). If I gained any Vegas weight, it's gone and then a little! Hooray!!! 11 pounds to go until Valentine's day!!!!

                        Happy Friday the 13th! I've always considered this a lucky day for me too Congrats Killer and Knick on your losses! I'm sure you'll be at goal by Valentines Day

                        I'm doing fine...a little behind on water today, but still have time to get up to at least120 oz. Haven't been sleeping well and I find that usually gives me the "hungrys". So...last night I was snacking at odd hours....all legal...but still too much in my opinion.

                        Today I feel back to normal and will be on my way to the gym shortly. I want to work off those extra snacks.
