        Hi everyone,
        i am doing fine,starting induction again,from today
        did well uptill now,
        i am doing 4/6 miles a day and some crunches..
        i am doing aBOOtcamp alot of work is there,might not be able to post for a while. ...and i am planning to do Pure induction,i tried to climb the ladder twice but never liked extra carbs,my taste buds have changed alot..i am happy with 10/15 carbs a day..25 makes feel like s***...u are all doing great..
        specialy Ztach(sorry i know i have miseplled your nick)u have done great 3.5 pounds are lready lost and 7 more to go!!u can do it...wooohooo!
        i am not planning to climb the scale untill 1st feb,infact i dont like to see how much i have lost..since i am eating right and doing my exercises,i feel so good .
        it is the best WOE!!
        i love atkins!

          aww thanks saidie, ur doing great too, infact everyone is doing so well...
          im down again2.5 lbs, so now im at 232...yea.. im so surprised im still losing this fast again, i thought id take forever, im kinda a pessimist, so now im just waiting for a stall...

            Down another .5 to 142!

            I may need to move my vday goal though, 12 pounds in a month when I only need to lose 22 is probably too fast. But, I"ll see how the rest of induction goes and make a decision after that.

                  Knicknack, congrats on your loss for the week! Woohoo, your doing great!

                  Killerbombshell, see, Vegas wasn’t so bad after all, was it? You are so close to onederland! I’m so happy for you. Keep up that exercise! It makes a huge difference!

                  Spikette, careful with the snacking! It’s great that you have a back-up plan for it though…working out is a great backup! Keep drinking that water…we’re looking up to you for motivation!

                  Ztachick, wow! You are just melting! That’s great! Are you exercising too during induction? I didn’t lose any this week because I upped my exercise. We’ll see what happens next week.

                  Sadie, congrats on restarting induction. I’m starting on Monday too.

                  By the way, I was accepted for bootcamp so my posting may be scarce, but I will post next weekend, if not sooner to see how everyone is doing. I’ll miss you guys! We’re required to hold off on weighing so my next time on the scale will not be until February 1st. Tough, because I won’t know how I’m doing against this challenge.

                    Hello everybody!

                    I know I havn't been around lately, but I have a torn cornea and got an infection in it, so it's very hard to see. Just the glare from the computer is blinding, so I'm wearing sunglasses!!!

                    Anyhow. I weighed this morning and *TADA* 178.8! I have only 10.8 pounds to go! We can do this!!

                    I wasn't expecting to break 180 so soon, but I'm not complaining!!

                    I have been sticking to my goals and drinking all my water and doing my crunches. Today I'm up for 250! Wish me luck....

                    You guys are all doing so great! You should all be so proud! I remember how envious I was of everyone when I dropped out of the MYRC. It is NOT easy to go against the grain and eat how we believe is healthy...and to stick with it, and challange outselves to even better...that's just amazing.

                    We are dedicated, we are strong, and we should be proud.

                      jsj--omg, I'm so sorry to hear about your eye. How did that happen?? I hope it gets better soon.

                      I am SO EXCITED TODAY. I got on the scale this morning knowing that I might not have lost weight for a variety of reasons: I only ate one big meal yesterday (at Chipotle), I hadn't worked out until 1:30am, I hadn't slept well, etc etc.

                      Instead, I weighed in at 198.5, 1.5 pound down and FINALLY and my FIRST TIME into *one*derland since I started on this WOL. All this working out is paying off--hooray!

                      AND only 8.5 pounds to go to V-Day. I know I can do it now!

                            Forgot to mention I weighed this morning, couldn't take it anymore. I am down 4 pounds since last Monday. I KNOW I will get to a loss of 21 pounds!

                              Hi everybody,

                              You guys on this board are really turning into a bunch of losers – way to go!! I haven’t been on the board for a week now, and quickly caught up on everyone’s progress. You are all doing great – keep it up!!

                              I am also doing very well. I am down another 2 pounds, which brings my total loss for this challenge to 3 pounds – 7 pounds to v-day goal!! Hope I can make this.

                              Did not keep up with the water over the weekend, and I can feel it. I am drinking my quota, plus more for today.

                              I am also back at work as from today – AARRGG!!!! But one good thing about being at work is that my eating times are much more controlled. At home I tend to visit the refrigerator on a frequent basis. So hopefully those 7 pounds will start to come off now.

                              With the exercising it is also going very well. My sister (and my exercise partner) was sick last week, and I was on my own. Not very nice, but at least I did my exercises. She’s back, and we started exercising again this morning.

                              Hope you all have a wonderful carb-free whooshy day!!

                                Hello Everybody!!! Happy MOnday!!

                                So, how was everyone's weekend? Any confessions??

                                I slacked on my crunches, but I will be okay. I'm picking right back up today, and as my punishment....250 for 4 days to make up for the day I didn't do them. That'll teach me!!! I made my foods for this week. Some breakfast muffins, some crustless pizza, and some YUMMY hot wings! I love atkins foods!

                                The good news was today.....177.4!!!! Yippie! I'm so happy! I may move my goal to 20 pounds, but I'm not sure yet.

                                SOOOO I sleep in my contacts, which i know is horrible, but with a little one, I have t be able to get to him in the middle of the night. I ended up tearing my cornea, and got HOT WING SAUSE in it!!!!! It hurt sooooo bad. It's better today, thank God. I couldn't see at all. It was swollen shut just watering everywhere trying to clean itself out. It was so horrible.

                                Anyhow...
