    Good Morning Everyone. I am ahving some trouble with my eye again, so I won't be on here long.

    I read that we can't have caffeine, so I tried to find diet caffeine free soda w/ splenda and it doesn't exist here in maryland. It really stinks. They have diet rite here, but has caffeine. I don't want to risk having aspertame and stalling. I'm doing so good as it is.

    I will weigh tomorrow, I can't see the numbers on the scale!!!

        Okay, so I got on the scale and squinted my hardest so I could see the number....today is one week, so I had to. It was ....176.4, another pound lost...gone forever...

        Okay just had to update...ttyl!!

          PS, I forgot to mention,

          **ELSIE** I would like to change my goal to 165. It's a lot more solid than 168, and I'll push for those extra 3 pounds! I can do it!!!

            I'm out of town, and the scale I had brought up from the front desk I belive is weighing pretty light. While it would be nice to think I lose four and a half pounds, it seems pretty unlikely, especially after yesterday not working out and barely sleeping today!

              My scale actually said 202 this morning. I couldn't believe it. I won't record it until tomorrow though. It's like I still can't believe it. I can't believe I'm so close to Onderland. It makes me want to cry. It has been years.

                Actually- Not at first- I had my hands full with school. Campus can almost be a work out though. I slowed down some at the end of October- so I started walking..... and it has progressed.
                Like today I did 750 steps in 30 min, and walked 2 miles. I'll do 30 crunches before bed. The weight is literally pouring off me now....

                      That's great! With all of that dedication, you will surely make goal! Thanks for sharing what you did. I'll have to up my crunches. Yuck!

                        Sorry, I couldn't help but coming in to say hello, even if in bootcamp. Phew! Well, bootcamp is surely kicking my butt but my second day is down and Feb 1st will be here before I know it! It's a lot of work. I just need to stay focused.

                        Keep up the great everyone! I caught up from my last post and everyone seems to be doing great!

                          Does anyone else have "fat days"? I have these certain days where, even though I lose and exercise and drink all my water and do everything right I just FEEL all the fat on me. I'm not sure what it is; just this gross feeling that makes me sad and bloated. Oh well! Gotta keep being positive and pushing through, but on days like this it is tough.

                            Bombshell - yep! I believe (although someone more knowledgable than me shoudl verify) that what happens is that your fat cells retain water as you lose the fat, and then when they let go of that water is when you whoooooooooosh.

                            for me, anyway, the pattern is that I feel skinny for a day or two, then I start to feel fat again, bloated and jiggly, for a few days. then I whoosh and feel skinny again for a day or two. I can tell just by looking in the mirror what part of the pattern i'm in.

                            And for my update: 140! I'm losing weight fast this week for some reason, but it's just because I'm 7 days into induction. It'll slow down in week 3, as we all know. ;-P
