    You're plan sounds like a winner! 5-6 days of exercise is going to make that 10 lbs disappear quickly! Congrats on being cheat free for over 2 weeks!

      I'm ready for a challenge. I have proven to myself I can go without cheating so here I am. My body has been doing some very strange things for over a month now and this will push me to do more.

      Continue on extended induction until Halloween, then move up to my first rung.
      Walk daily at lunch time instead of sitting the whole time.
      Drink my 100 - 120 oz of water daily.

      Today's weight - 285
      (I was so good during my camping trip and my weight still went up. Maybe I slept and relaxed too much.
      Lord, my dream is to lose this weight and to be healthier.

        You guys are really inspiring me. I KNOW we can do this and will all be healthier and slimmer by Halloween.

        Ok... I'm going to get more detailed with my goals so I can't skate around them.... I know me and I will.... If I drink 51 oz instead of 50 oz of water, I would say I upped it.



        ...I'm going to drink 128 oz of water each day of this challenge.

        ...I'm going to be in the gym at least 3 days a week, and on the treadmill at
        home or walking outside at least 5 days a week.

        ...I'm going to re-start a SQUEAKY clean induction TODAY and on Halloween
        I will move up to the veggie rung.



        Whew...... I actually put it in writing!! WE CAN DO IT, GUYS!

          Count me in for this challenge...

          ...Cardio at least 300 min a week
          ...Start lifting again (Sarah's Body Building 101)
          ...Keep drinking water (at least 128 oz a day)

            I didn't know that liquid Splenda didn't have to be counted! I'll have to look for that. I've found the stevia.. (is that what it's called?) But I haven't seen the Splenda. Where did you find it?

                It's this site called Sweetfreeze -> http://www.sweetzfree.com/index.html

                It's weird, they only sell it on the 1st, 10th and 20th of the month. It's expensive but 1 drop is equal to 1 and 1/4 tbsp of sugar!! I calculated it and $34 for 2 oz = 48 cups of sugar, is actually less expensive then buying the splenda at the store for me. The big bonus is no fillers and no carbs!

                  You're going to tell your body how it is and whip back in to shape! I find that daily walks really helps boost my weight loss too. Just getting my heart rate up in the middle of the day I think is key.

                      Thank you so much. I'm definitely going to get some. I've been loving my treat of decaf, cream and Splenda but I use a HUGE mug and use all three of my sweetner carbs in one shot that way. This will be great not having to use carbs for that!

                                Basically, you workout and post to the thread. Sarah has a lot of good information on exercises and form. She also has a workout plan for beginners...which is where I'll be again.
