      for some reason i'm struggling with cutting the diet sodas at the moment, cant work out if its a hormonal thing as before i've cut them no problem? only having one or 2 a day but i had that down to a couple a month for so long!

                Hello everyone...I made it thru last night. I drank all my water (80 oz) and was not peeing much. When I got home I was 4 lbs heavier on the scale . I was cursing that scale . Drank some more water, ate dinner and was up peeing all night. On the good side, I was down those 4 lbs by the morning. The body is crazy thing. So I am very happy today. I made it thru those 14 hours.

                  Gosh isnt everyone doing brilliantly!

                  I've been good today!! chicken drumsticks for breakfast and a really really nice salad for lunch!! Its soo nice to be back on this and not eating crap!!!

                    Good morning everyone!

                    Just checking in, I did really well last night..drank lots of water and didnt cheat! I think I'm finally getting back on track. I'm a little irritated cause I've been having this weird allergic reaction all week to something I must have eaten, I keep getting random hives in different places everyday or something swells up but it only lasts for like an hour. I hope it's gone by monday! I dont want anything to be swelled up when I have to weigh in lol

                      Emma, I have a confession to make... when I weighed in on Monday I was exactly 180! eek! (due to eating that last ice cream cookie sandwich Sunday night) so finally back down to 177.2 today but you should change my start wt to 180... you can keep my goal the same though... Anyways, feeling happy to have 3 cheat free days under my belt!

                      I got together with Evermind in real life yesterday for coffee and water aerobics class... we finally met... we figured out we were close after the fires... anyways it was super fun and motivating.

                      I'm so glad to see everyone doing so well here! Looking forward to Mondays' weigh in day... we are dropping some wt here for sure!

It's so great to see that everyone is doing so well, and of course a bit of friendly competition does help Glad it's the weekend, a few more challenges, but more time to plan for them! We're doing dinner and a movie tomorrow night. The dinner is the easy part, the movie is always a challenge when smelling that popcorn! Have a good weekend everyone.
