But at least you picked yourself up and got back on board. Just look at what happen to cause you to "relapse" and what you could do differently the next time around.
I have taken a long look at what has happened in the past and my biggest issues was not being prepared... setting myself up to fail because I did not bring everything to work to eat that day, or did not prepare quick things that I could eat when I was having a craving.
I keep hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, potted meat (not to often), sardines, etc... around so it is quick and easy just to grab and heat up for a second. I also keep sugar free peppermints are work and in my purse (or pocket) for those times that i want to munch... who wants to eat something after having a peppermint?

Hang in there.....we can ALL do it. My motto is "where there is a will there is a way". And I have found that there is a lot of support in these posts.

Today will be 21 days cheat free.

23 days! It was very hard this evening - i had to go upstairs (no food up here) to get away from temptation!

Not preparing is one of the hardest things for me to deal w/ too. I try to keep some cooked, frozen shrimp in the freezer at all times for emergencies, that heat up quickly and can quickly be made into a little meal by adding a cut up clove of garlic and butter. I also try to keep a little sweet permissable treat around in case I just have to have something sweet - so that at least I stay on the WOE.
