    Thanks barrnone, totally bypassed that. It worked
    I'll be 23 next month.
    I have a wonderful/supportive bf and a daughter who is a year and a half old.
    If I cant lose the weight for myself, I'll do it for her!

        Ok, I will give up cheddar, mozzarella, those hard type of cheese, but just to let you all know I may still have some cream cheese.

          Welcome Mary - another one with cheese . That is great.
          Need to make one of those things for you Mary where you can have all your awards. Are the awards presently in your sig those you would want on it?

                            I've been good too - and it is actually a big deal because my pb consumption often happened in the morning (...and afternoon and evening...)
                            So I am glad. And welcome all people. So glad to have all this great support.

                            You are really working it adre.

                            Lovely to have you here Mary. There were many times I was thinking where is Mary - I want her part of this challenge - not because I think you have issues. Just love your company.

                            Whatsername - that is a big thing to work with bread - hope it goes well.

                            Dyjack - to be honest spaghetti squash was not one of those things I expected to see. But why not?

                            Suzanne - snacks - I know - that is what pb is for me. I have loaded up my water bottle to fight it.

                              OK - I'm in. I'm going to let go of those Atkins Indulge bars - I could live on those things, but I think they are slowing me down a bit. I've lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks, which is good, but much slower than the last time I did Atkins - about 3 years ago. So farewell chocolatey goodness...to be replaced by lots more water and veggies.
