    watching the Olympics (woman's halfpipe) and still sweetner free! It's tough because I've wanted to have something I normally put sweetner in but I haven't caved!!

            Still Atkins bar-free! The hardest thing is the mornings, but I've substituted with a chunk of cheddar or something to kickstart my day. Also, I've lost 3 pounds since Sunday, and that was moving up to OWL as well this week. Yee-Haw!

              Time for medal count. You get your medal if you have reported. And if you have not I may have send out a rescue crew. If you see our people in need of rescue - remind them

                  the day isn't over yet but i wanted to report the so far, so good and i weighed myself today ..... 2 pounds lost since feb 5.
                  i'm pretty sure it has to do with this challenge and the monthly water challenge.

                            Well that it is what it is all about I think. Simple adjustments and things fall in place.
                            But well sometimes simple can be hard. But I am still PB free

                              Still staying strong. No half and half. Coffee only has a small amount of sweetener
                              Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2"
                              STAC Restart: 1/05/09
                              306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!

                              Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
                              Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!

                              Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
                              Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
                              Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
                              Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!

                                the day is done now and i'll just officially report that i was and stayed breadless. we had kfc chicken dinners tonight. i wasted no time in ditching the biscuit.
