I am following plan, but I just hate how people say off plan and on plan. My post probably isn't clear, but I think I didn't start eating carbs two weeks ago, so it isn't going to take me personally 2 weeks to never ever eat carbs again.
The on plan, cheat, all of those words just scream...

Reply to Falling off plan.....my thoughtsIf *any* way of eating (and that's all Atkins/South Beach/etc. is, ways of eating based upon certain guiding principles) doesn't suit you, then chances are that you will not be able to attain and maintain a goal weight by following that way of eating. Reply to Day 2 exercisingI do the Leslie Sansone "Four Fast Miles" its a combo of walking and jogging (She calls that excelerated walking!!). I love it! I do four miles in 45 minutes six days a week and while I did struggle in the begining I can tell it is key to me loosing with Atkins!!!
