Wiseblood, check you out! You have fresh cilantro on yours! way to go! I love cilantro! We still have several jars of homemade salsa that we use on ours! Hope it lasts us until the next garden season! I'll be making at least another 3 batches next year I'm sure!

Thanks for sharing your pic! I love it!

Thats really weird...are you sure you are using real cheese? Its not "processed cheese food" or fat free or low fat cheese is it?

Maybe the heat is up too high? The only cheese I ever had a problem with was 2% mozarella and one time I thought I had monteray Jack and it turned out to be a processed cheese food--that did not work.

I wish I could come over and show you!

i was using full fat coloured hard cheese (orange stuff that i just call cheddar) but its defo real stuff! i'll have to try again as they look soo good!!! lol although i just had the seasoned beef with sour cream and guacamole on top and a side salad and it was quite yummy too next time i'll try with a lower heat and let you know how it goes!

you can also try doing it in the microwave. make sure you use parchment paper though or it will stick to whatever you're cooking it on. i find 1oz of cheese takes about 1 min. you can just watch it...

I did one of these and cooled it on a bowl for a taco salad it was awesome...I am not sure if anyone mentioned it because I did not read all of these..but Ms Moggies got me hooked on these things!!!! I have also used Jack cheese with some chile and sesame seeds that was freaking fantastic....

I tried coconut and cheddar and was told that was pretty much disgusting!
