i was wondering something.
if i log my stairs into fitday it is showing how many calories i burned. can i add these from this point on?
i don't have an HRM but the numbers in fitday should be pretty close, don't you think?
so can i? is there any objection?
i spent one hour climbing stairs today. it comes to 354 calories
