I hope to finish January close to 100 running miles .. if not .. oh well ..
The 10 mile run was a nightmare, it was cross country and it was extremely muddy. Fell over 3 times, and my once white socks will never be white again. Struggled round in 2 hours 18 minutes.
Which resulted in 2737 calories burnt.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
