      Tryin2lose: It's hard to explain the love/hate relationship with si6. It really works your body and you don't feel the pain until the following day but it is a good discomfort. It becomes addictive as you find yourself getting stronger and slimmer.

          Oh no! I didn't mean to scare anybody! Well basically the whole program looks very innocent. A few squats here, a plea or two, "move your arms" she says. Then the day after the first time you wake up and you notice walking isn't what it used to be. But you are determined, and you stare that chick down that night and this time you feel it! It gets to be a habit where you've got to do it to prove it to yourself and that squat demon lady!!!

          Plus it makes your buns and thighs oh so nice!

                Alright! Now you all have done it! I've been shying away from SI6 lately, just because, well, you know, I'm lazy! But all this talk about it has got me thinking. I've got a size 10 maid of honor dress I've got to fit in in a month, and SI6 wouldn't be such a bad idea to get there. I'm going to start putting that into the mix!

                    Remember when ValidRouge posted her before & after pics after doing Si6? Fantastic results!!

                    I have "Start It Up" (old version) and am waiting for some auctions to come through on Ebay for the rest. (I do have the advanced DVD's.)

                    I may put "SIU" in my mix too.

                      After yesterday's slim in 6 I've been waddling around like a duck, but I came back for more today... did start it up and slim and stretch... figured extra stretching might help a bit... start next phase tomorrow... yikes
